Bought this speaker after doing quite a bit of research. I currently own a Bose radio, and love it, but I didn't want to spend a lot of money on a speaker. My brother has the regular Jambox, so I thought I would try out the mini with the expectation that it wouldn't have the same sound as the regular. I was totally wrong. Jambox mini has GREAT sound for such a small speaker...you can literally feel the bass. It's comparable to Bose, except for the price. The cheapest Bose speaker I've seen was still $50 more than what I paid for this, granted I got it on sale. I would totally recommend this speaker to anyone!

It may be small but it is loud! The sound quality on this thing Is amazing. I can honestly say it is better then the beats pill and anything out there. The price is not bad either for the great quality of this product

I have purchased several of these, in all sizes. The JamBox is the best accessory for my iPhone and I really love it! All sizes (mini, regular, big) provide excellent sound and all of them can be used for a conference speaker phone with a cell phone.

I did read some reviews mentioning that others had received refurbs, but at 40$, refurb or new it's a great deal. I could not find one flaw with the unit aside from the lack of original packaging, and sound is amazing given it's size. I would rate at 5 stars, only giving it a 4 because it was not stated anywhere that it was a refurb.

Simple to use, great sound, and good battery life. It's been a great value for the money!

I am a personal trainer and needed a portable device to plug my IPod to. A great workout is even better with good music to keep my clients pumped up. The Jambox is portable, I can take it everywhere, definitely a plus considering all the gear I have to pack everyday.

I got this speaker on a deal of the day sale, (yes it was refurbished) but honestly I couldn't tell it was used before! I absolutely love it!! A lot of people were complaining about the box, which they were going to throw away anyway, but if you just care about the product I definitely recommend it! It's not loud enough for outdoor use, but good for when you are getting ready in the morning or cooking.

Right when I opened the shipping box I knew there was a problem. "This couldnt be the speakers I ordered" I thought. I stared at a plain brown cardboard box. When I opened the box I did in fact see the speakers with two mismatching wires. The box and the off colored wires lead me to believe that these speakers were either used or refurbished. No where in the description of the item did it say that this item was refurbished, so I rightly assumed they were brand new. Althought I am highly disappointed that I was misled, they are good speakers for a reasonable price being that I got them on sale.

The sound that comes out of this very compact unit is amazing. The charge holds for a couple hours of use. Ideal for travel, since it's so compact

Truly Surprised at the Quality and sound. Battery last for hours. Able to use this as Bluetooth attached to my phone. The phone will ring and answer through through the Mini Jambox. Also attaches to my MP3 player and laptop that does not have bluetooth. I use it indoors at home and in the studio. I have not yet had to turn the volume all the way up. Great Product for the price for sure.

This was a gift for my father and he loves it. The volume is not too tinny when it gets higher and has a very rich bass to it for the most part. It's not a high-dollar device but has a cool edgy flair and sounds pretty sweet.

this little speaker is perfect. using it at college, holds long charge, sounds great. wish it could be louder, but its a small package. just what i needed.

Got this on a 'Deal of the Day' - and it was a steal. This speaker performs excellent for it's size - very portable! Only downside is that the volume is limited to phone volume (at least for my iPhone). i.e. for every time I increase volume on the speaker, my iPhone volume goes up as well, so a max of 16 units. Generally listen around 10 or 12 (out of 16) units and the speaker works great! Definitely recommend!

This is a well designed bluetooth speaker with great sound for the size. If the price isn't an issue then it's worth it.

My first Bluetooth speaker purchase and pleasantly surprised of the sound and quality from such a small speaker. Connectivity is good. I would opt for something bigger to get better audio sound and more volume. But since this unit was on sale I took a chance to experiment and overall have been pleased. Price was great and used Best Buy points lowered price even more!
