Customers are saying
Customers are positive about the UP MOVE Activity Tracker's sleep and step tracking, ease of use, and long battery life. Many appreciate its small size and accurate readings, along with the affordable price and helpful app. However, some customers have experienced issues with the clip detaching from clothing and syncing problems with their phones. A few also noted that it lacks waterproofing.

Jawbone It Up
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Once I followed the video better I understood how to work my Jawbone. I love how it keeps track of my steps and if I reached my goal for the day. Also when I use it strictly for my work out keeping track of the time. The sleep mode is interesting as far as letting me know how much sound sleep vs light sleep I received.

Great except sync
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I really like the UP MOVE. It does eveything my UP did and was much cheaper. I like being able to have different colored wrist bands to match my every mood. BUT and this is a big BUT... It does not sync with out me rebooting my phone. It is a pain to have to turn my phone off and on everytime I want to check my progress. I have contacted customer service twice and they have failed to help me. I have owned two jawbone bands prior to this one and customer service was always great. Now they make no effort in contacting you after you email them.

Great when it works
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The up move was very convenient and could be worn as a clip on or a watch and could be color coordinated. It worked well...when it worked, unfortunately, my stopped working after 2 weeks. It no longer syncs to my phone regardless of the different fixes I was given by jawbone support. It could just be my unit. But I am definitely disappointed that it stopped working.

Good for the price, bad for execution
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Jawbone has been known as a premium fitness tracker hidden behind some very fashionable wearables. This item is fashionable as well in my option and versatile with a band you can wear on your wrist if you purchase it separately. It can be worn almost anywhere for the flashy or be tucked away under a shirt for the more conservative. The problem I had with this item is that it did not seem to sync my steps accurately. I have had the jawbone up 24 and the original jawbone and this one does not live up to the same functionality. Using the older up app is fine, it's still very user friendly but with this tracker I felt my steps and brisk walking was wasted as I found I would have to input manually. If your trying to save money I would just get the Fitbit step tracker, but if your looking for effective step counting , just get any of the jawbone wrist options available.

Falls off
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Seems less accurate than the Up24 wristband, and has less functionality within the app, but most importantly, it falls off too easily. Mine fell off on a relatively lazy hike and is lost for good.

Just Okay!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I found the device to be very inaccurate. It was a disappointment one day when I was on my feet the entire day really working on spring cleaning my house, cleaning floors, baseboards, walls, etc and went from room to room constantly for more than 12 hours and only logged a little over 2,000 steps.

Not very accurate
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Unfortunately the step count is not very accurate. I like the size and it is easy to wear. Frustrating to use when not accurate.

Product or App that keeps failing
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Im not very satisfied with this Jawbone product. Maybe its the app that you must use to read the results. Either way its not something I would purchase again.

Not as good as I had hoped
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is not easy to read. My phone would not stay connected. I tried two different phones, different carriers and still it would lose connection. Not sure how accurate it was as it lost connection so much.

Not what I expected
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My husband purchased this with the hope of being able to wear it to work. He's not ever bought a wrist fitness band because it would easily be broken in his line of work. We were disappointed to find that it must be in close range to a Bluetooth phone in order to record activity. He cannot have a phone on him during work so it defeated the purpose for him.

Does not upload to my IPhone 6 plus.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. On line instructions hard to understand. Readings hard to understand. Equipment very secure on belt. I'm sure if the transmission to the iPhone worked, it would be adequate for my purpose.

WAS NOT HAPPY WITH JAWBONE UP
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My husband purchased the Jawbone UP for me as a gift and as an incentive for my exercise. It is not Smartphone friendly. It kept dropping the App. Was very frustrated.

Ehhhh
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. What does this do that the iPhone 6 doesn't do? Not much unless you need a $50 device to track your moods.

Too little, Too late
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Device was good but in serious need of an update. You still have to manually put the system onto sleep mode, a feature that most of its competitors already offer. Go with the Up2, you won't lose it as often.

Not tracking enough for me
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I already have the garmin vivofit, but wanted something inexpensive to wear hidden rather than having to wear on my wrist. I also liked that this item automatically syncs rather than having to press the button to do so. However, I wore both the up move and my vivofit to work today and am not happy with the results. I'm a teacher and am on my feet for the entire day, rarely sitting down at all over the course of 8 hours. I always or almost always meet by 10,000 step goal by night time. My garmin registered around 7,500 steps, but the up move only registered 3,000!!!!! I understand that the bracelet type trackers may track more than a clip tracker, but that is less than half of the steps that i took! I even put both trackers in my pocket and tried that for about 10 minutes to see what would happen and the jawbone still tracked 75 less steps than the garmin over a short period! Also, in the one day that I've had it I have trouble connecting on and off to the app. It was easily fixed each time, but it happened probably half the times I opened the app. For these reasons I am returning it and staying with the garmin. They just came out with a clip that is available on some sites, so I will order that.
