This item is comfortable to wear, but it lacks the results I am looking for. Yes it keeps my step count (although I doubt its accuracy due to using another device at the same time and having different numbers). I also do like the sleep sensors and the daily reports you can get. It gives you a heart rate so randomly to me its stupid. No way to get a heart rate when you are wanting it. No calorie burner counter, etc... Last thing is it does have a nice battery life, about 1 week before it needs to be recharged.

The biggest problem with this item was the clasp. It wouldn't stay shut. It was a bad design.

This is a really nice activity tracker. The only downsides would be that you have to order a small clip (for free) from Jawbone to keep the clasp connected or you might lose it and I also took away 1 star because it has a heartbeat monitor, but it only works when sleeping or resting, not while working out.

Overall I like this product. Have had many tracker and this one ranks #2

I have had other Jawbone products before. This one misses only when it comes to the clasp, it comes loose and catches on my hair all the time!

I have had four of a different very popular brand. Every time I ended up having trouble with them syncing with my phone. This brand has been so good. I have never had a single issue. I also prefer the app!!!!

I've been using jawbone up for a long time and I think it is a great tracker not to mention a great app that goes with it. Just make sure you get the replacement plan as it usually dies after 6 or so months.

If you don't need to have a watch or smart watch this is a great alternative. It is very lightweight and never feels bulky. Jawbone has a great app that provides a lot to tips and motivation.

When I first bought it I had to call the company to pair it with my cell phone. It would not stay paired and did not function properly. Did not track steps correctly, just washing dishes by hand showed I took many steps, sleeping showed me taking steps. I finally gave up and took it back, maybe I got the defective one.

Jawbone UP 3 is a little bit pricey in comparison to other trackers in the market but has a good quality and app.

I absolutely love my up3 its helped be keep track of what i eat and the sleep tracking is amazing, since ive started wearing it ive gotten better sleep and been way more active.

It's good but the heart rate monitor, which is supposed to differ it from the up2 isn't really quite accurate. You can't really check your heart rate any time you want.

I like the symplicity of the band, but the charge claiming to last 7 days fully charged--does not!

I upgraded and I love this model! Only complaint was that it used my phone battery very quickly, but I think the latest software update has helped that a lot.

I have tried several fitness trackers, this one by far beats fitbit, wiithings,and is very easy to use. I like that you don't even know you have it on.

I bought this a month ago for my friend, she love the gadget. :] Uses this everyday, track her sleep and use this to track her walk everyday :]

I purchased this as an aid to increase fitness. It has become so much more by tracking calories, heart rate, sleep, etc. Awesome product!

You have to wear it tight on your wrist for the stupid thing to stay together

Works great and motivates me to get out and walk everyday. This Jawbone includes a heart monitor which I find very helpful!

I've had Jawbone up's from up24. Then went to up2, and now 3. Since their discontinued, I had to cancel 1 ship to store because the store lost the first band and management wouldn't do anything for me. and I had to ask, "so, you're not going to do anything or me?" They ordered me another one at the same price w/free shipping. I told them I should get it for the same price, which they honored. Also, I told them I wanted it shipped to my address, as I don't trust ship to store any more.
