Poor fit, poor design, poor programming

Also, there is no "end of call" beep, click or tone so you have get your phone out to verify that the call has ended.

Excellent audio quality

good sound quality, but very uncomfortable

As for comfort, it's not so good. I had a hard time keeping it in my ears. The hook looking thing wouldn't stay in my ears. When it did, it would hurt. So I had to return in.

I read the reviews and they were accurate. you do have to put these together, however, its not really much more than any other buds, just gotta find the right fit. They work great! the issue is no bass in the sound, or at least very limited.
