Range on these are great, really last all day listening. Easy to set up and can join multiple devises.

I returned this item because of a couple of reasons. First the fit on the ears is horrible. I tried all the sizes and different ways to wear them and they all either hurt or wouldn't stay in. They also had horrible feedback. While running in them the back wire would hit my neck and you can hear the impact sound through the speakers. Very distracting and annoying. I read an article about wireless bluetooth headphones and this was rated as 2nd best. I wonder if they ran with them. Also the soft foam earpieces which Jaybird recommends you using fall apart so quickly. I didn't even have my a week and the foam was torn and falling out. I think a piece of foam is still in my ear..... The silicone ones barely stay in and really hurt. Overall the sound quality suffer because they just don't fit right. I ended up buying Plantronics - BackBeat FIT wireless earphones and love them. The wire in back is stiff so it doesn't hit my neck. They're really comfortable and I can wear them for hours on end. I recommend you getting those and passing on the Jaybirds.

The Jay bird x2 has Excellent sound and clarity. I would say it's the best wireless earbuds I've used.

I like the concept, but the earbuds do not fit my ear size. Would have liked to try on before purchasing. This is my first JayBird product. I ended up likign the Apple AirPods more.

I purchased a Bose headset which later had problems with the left ear, I exchanged it for another Bose headset. Which is having problems with both sides. The salesperson says that I did not purchase additional insurance for the exchange. I disagree. I'm really tired of getting painted into a corner some fast-talking salesperson. I know I would have purchased insurance. But now they are saying that I did not. This is quite unfair and I am so dismayed about this. Please help me to resolve this so that I can continue to be a happy customer

I wanted to like these earphones for the incredible sales price, although I couldn't get a good fit with any of the different foam or silicone options. I'm returning these, unfortunately.

I initially bought Powerbeats 2, but the buttons fell apart much like everyone else probably mentioned in their reviews. I bought these as an alternative, especially because of the price. I was very disappointed with both the sound quality (very tinny, no bass whatsoever), as well as the comfort. I'm not sure if I have weird ears, but I've never had an issue with earbuds before. No matter what combination I tried with the fin and ear cushion, I felt uncomfortable with these. I returned and am ultimately buying another pair of Beats.

I have tried and used many Bluetooth earbuds, but so far nothing came to the quality of these.

Bought these because sales associate said they were a good wireless ear bud. They only last about 6 hours on a charge and the sound is to pitchy. No base at all. Not worth the price I paid.

Great for gym, running, bike rider or sitting stuck at the service center at the car dealership!

I was looking for a good sounding set of wireless bluetooth headphones after I'd finally had enough of getting my wired headphones caught on gym equipment I read many reviews on different brands/models and despite that I consider the Jaybird X2 headphones to be overpriced (the reason I am giving a 4 star rating) I decided to purchase them anyway knowing I could return them if I was not satisfied. Despite the cost I am very pleased with these. I experimented with the different ear fins and ear tips to find a good fit/seal and am very happy with the sound. They don't quite have the bass that my wired Klipsch had, but its good enough. In my first week of use I got about 5 hours out of the battery at full volume before I had to recharge them. Its nice not to not worry about getting a wire tangled in gym equipment anymore!

Really am glad that we were able to find this at Best Buy -- best value for a super product
