Product had great sound but were very uncomfortable. Traded them in for wireless powerbeats 2 and they are better in every way.

I should have trusted all the bad reviews for these headphones. Right earbud started to fail about a month after I got them. Then the Bluetooth stopped working a couple of weeks later. Once I purchased bestbuy's protection I thought I'd be covered. Wrong again. The X2s were discontinued so best buy would not replace it or return my money. I'd forced to pay the difference to get the X3 or end up with an unwanted credit store, even though their protection should guarantee a replacement. I endedup using the credit to get a laptop which already came with a keyboard glitch. Once it is a Dell machine I will get their premium warranty so it should be fixed. As to jaybirds or BestBuy's protection I will never buy them ever again.

    Simply the Best for workouts!

I am a workout freak. I love hitting the gym hard and with that... comes a lot of sweat, A LOT! I bought a different pair of headphones that claimed to be sweat proof (BEATS BY DRE) and they broke within 2 weeks. After going through 2 different sets of Beats, I decided to try the JayBirds. They are the BEST! Been using them for over 4 months every day and they have been amazing, great battery life, amazing sound, confortable and best of all: SWEAT PROOF. Definitely worth the money!

I bought these as a cordless option for running. Unfortunately, there was no combination of earbuds possible to get these to stay in my ear. Therefore I returned them and got the Bose soundsport wireless earbuds. Many people like these, simply did not fit my ears.

Uncomfortable. Doesn't fit. Hurts my ears. Falls out easily. Sound is subpar because it's impossible to get a good fit. And yes I've tried the various silicone and comply tips that it comes with and none of them work. Your over paying for marketing.

These headphones did not work correctly. They did not connect well and would fade in and out. Poor quality and not worth the money. I had to return them and did not get another pair of those.

I've owned Beats, Monster, and a few low level brand wireless earbus and these by far are the worst. 1st good luck keeping them in place with any size and earbuds combination of the supplied fittings. I spent more time pushing them back in my ears, adjusting direction then I did working out over the week I owned them. 2nd interupted signal with every step, jump, movement, he'll I could be standing still and they would just loose connection. 3rd the first charge lasted 2hrs after that they ended before my normal 2 hrs workout and I was forced to listen to gym background music of Justin Bieber, and Katy Perry. You couldn't pay me to but this pair or brand ever again.

Music stops randomly when I am working out or even when I take a simple walk.I have tried it on an apple ipod and android phone. So it's no a device issue or app. I have used spotify, google music and itunes. Same behavior. The ear hook keeps on giving way. Worked fine for first two weeks, but after a long run in summer, it has gone bonkers. I tried using other ones, but they don't fit my ears well enough. The charging cap is loose, even after it makes a that fake click sound of closing. I have switched back to my 15 dollar Taotronics. I believe a lot of people buy it but it just has not worked for me. I am going to see if I can return it now. :P

I bought these because I've had good luck with Jaybird products in the past. However, these are VERY HEAVILY WEIGHTED and would NOT stay in my ears. I tried every size bud, used the "bat ears", and I even tried the old bud covers I had from my last earbuds, but nothing worked. Trust me - they will fall out as soon as you stick them in your ears. Plus they just look "clunky". I took them back to Best Buy and replaced them with JayBird - Freedom F5 In-Ear Wireless Headphones - Gold. These were almost twice as expensive *sigh* (because they weren't on sale), but you can read my stellar review of the Freedom F5's elsewhere on the Best Buy website.

Overall, an excellent pair of earbuds

My first impression was that the product came in great packaging and was very appealing. It was nice that they included the comply premium ear tips because they do make a difference in the sound quality. The comply ear tips will conform to the shape of your ear and help block outside noise. It does takes some playing around with to find the perfect/great fit but once you do, the earbuds will stay in place. The clarity in the audio quality is great and even though the bass isn't booming like the Beats by Dre, it is there. Overall, the earbuds are excellent for working out at the gym or simply going for a run.

    Almost great

I purchased my X2's on 8/30/15, and enough time has passed that I can make an honest review. The sound quality is great; they are comfortable and relatively small- not gaudy looking like other bluetooth headphones. My honest gripes are with two things, which are incredibly frustrating. First, the ear tips and wings continually fall off. I tend to wear my X2's hanging around my neck for easy access when I'm at work or on my way to the gym... if I'm lucky enough to notice an "ear fin" or ear tip has fallen off and can retrace my steps to find it, great. Otherwise, I'm forced to order replacement tips. Wouldn't you know, I have a million (don't we all) ear tips from standard headphones that do NOT fit the Jaybirds. Sneaky on the part of Jaybird to require you to buy (expensive) replacement parts from them, when they will likely end up falling off anyway. Ugh. They are a bit pricey to have such workmanship that the tips fall off so randomly. Even my old cheap, corded headphones never lost the tips (hence my collection of unused silicone tips). The box comes with 6 silicone tips and 6 foam tips; both have a set of small, medium and large. I have one tip left and am in the process of ordering more. Secondly, I have other bluetooth devices (Jawbone) which you can press a button and it will tell you how much battery is remaining. You really have no way of knowing how much battery is left on your Jaybirds until sadly, the very last freaking minute, mid-workout. So, perhaps the next set of Jaybirds will have some upgrades to software or overall functionality. That's my review. Take it for what it's worth. I do still love them, but I'm not happy with Jaybird for having to pay $10 shipping on top of cost for parts to replace my tips. Ugh, again. I'd probably recommend them to friends who have money to burn. Then maybe they can hook me up with an extra ear tip here and there.
