However, some users noted the bass could be improved, and a few experienced minor issues with volume and connection stability. Great sound

These headphones sound great, they're light weight, and the battery lasts a long time. My only complaint is they cut out often, I suppose from my phone being in my pocket. I'm trying to decide if it's bad enough to return them. Otherwise I really like them!

Spent $125 on these to have a quality set of running headphones. Stopped working after 1 month. Jaybird customer service totally unresponsive. Do not believe warranty claim, they won't respond.

Was recommended to buy this instead of a pair of Bose in-ear at the store, and I have been very disappointed with the quality of the sound, the fit and the connectivity of the headphones

I returned these quickly. There is no base and the sound is sort of high pitched. I have heard and used better wireless buds for workouts that have a better sound then these.

I previously owned the Jaybird Bluebuds X. These are definitely an upgrade. They made adjustments to the ear wings, they are now thicker at the tip of the wing for a better hold in ear. Comply tips are including for sporting option. The sound seems to be enhanced and a much more rich sound. The presentation is great as they usually are when it comes to Jaybird.

compare this head phones to beats ones both have similar style but this are more comfortable it was one of the reasons i return beats it was hurting my ears, but it still didn't meet my expectation sound was very flat no bass what so ever try adjusting EQ on phone and apps and nothing so if your looking for some type of bass headphones this aren't for you lol i will be returning then tomorrow and lose 6 dollars for shipping label fml guess i can remove this item from my wish list setting up 1st time can be a pain in the rear-end, it came with a nice case though didn't like foam plugs but it does come with silicon plugs i recommend you to use those, and i'm not sure how the battery life is because i only used it for 3 mins and decided to send it back ill guess ill stick to my wired Bose IE2 Earbud Headphones there old but work like a beast and sound way better then these jay birds, Bose needs to come out with some new wireless headphones in this style though.

They tried and failed. They don't stay in your ear unless you don't move. Sound was awful compared to Beats. So you can't hear the horrible sound. Not a good product at all

I wanted to love these, because they offer a great warranty but I couldn't get them to stay in my ears with any of the wings that they offered. I ended up returning them.

Great head phones for jumping rope and fitness training. You must use the foam eat plugs and place the ear clips in your ears properly if not they will fall out I have used the beats wireless and these are much better and they don't fail I have had four pair beats wireless and they all either stop changing or didn't connect

Wireless headphones are great. On some real talk, These in particular are the 1St I've owned. Have great sound quality and more bang for your buck. my friend has wireless beats he bought for 200 and he tried these out. His first words were "these are by far better sound quality than mine". Vice versa, I tried his out. Very much agreed. Considering they're wireless headphones. You have to accept the fact that they will run out of battery. Regardless of the amazing 8 hour playback. I suggest you have a wired pair ready for when you have to charge them. As you should. I catch myself on my phone all the time and once paired. You just have to turn them on and they pair back to the last known connection. If I want to hear something (whether it's on snapchat or I just want to listen to music) I forget they're hanging around My neck because I never take them off. I'm able to just plug them into my ears and facilitate them with ease. Easily concealable (which is a plus in my book) regardless if I'm in a suit and tie, or chillin in sweats and a Hoodie. Also makes great for gaming or watching Netflix when I need to be quiet. (waterproof for when you sweat on a run or a workout in the rain) = extra brownie points. All in all. If you're not a brandwhore. More bang for your buck. Best sound quality in the game.

I tried the Jabra Pulse before getting these, and was disappointed by their connectivity issue. The plan was to monitor my heart rate while running and listening to music. After returning the pulse to Best buy I purchased the X2 earbuds and so far I am happy with the battery life, music quality and especially the fit!

I had high expectations for these headphones, but they do not work for the gym. These headphones will keep falling of your ears if you weight lift...

These have good sound and fit well... I like that they fit without cord dangling... battery life is good. Wish it had a little more bass to them but overall I'm very happy with them

I bought the X2 earphones about seven months ago and have enjoyed them immensely. The connection is strong to about thirty feet and the full range of sound is impressive . The recharge lasts me about five to six hours . Call quality is great too through the headset ...these are great all around and the price was 180.00 when they were first shelved , since then ,it has dropped , which is better . The units come with silicone tips and some other form fitting tips . Both are comfortable. They are also sealed to prevent sweat from getting into the USB connection , and I would highly recommend them...

I love these wireless earbuds. I have had Powerbeats 2, Bose and Yurbuds wireless. These are by far the best. Best Cyber Monday purchase. The sound quality is awesome. The base is on point. Noise cancellation works really well. The fit is great, as well. The accessories that come with is a plus. Definitely recommend!!!
