The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star was because of the build but great sound and price.

I've had generation 1 jay birds and the only reason I got the x2 was because I washed them. And they even somewhat worked after that point. Great headphones for the price. Especially if you're a workout fanatic.

I purchased these based on the overwhelming glowing reviews from online reviewers and some friends who owned these. I figured why not? I have sadly returned these afternoon only two days of ownership. These were quite uncomfortable. Disappointingly so especially after taking literally hours of playing around with various configurations to find one that fit best. No matter the earpiece cover or wing, the earpiece itself is rather oversized. It doesn't completely seal out sound (safety reasons, I get it). The buds themselves stick way to far out from your ear, so you end up looking like a robot or Frankenstein's monster's electrodes. Since I had the white one, it looked as if I had cotton balls sticking out my ear. Sound quality it pretty good. That's a plus, however not enough to forgo the discomfort. After going back and retreading the reviews, many of them stated the same complaints but yet gave this a pass. No sir or ma'am. No thank you.

Bought them for my wife and she absolutely loves them!!! She uses them to work out and she says they never fall out her ears and do not bother either. Best ever!

I purchased five pairs of buds, wired and wireless, together in order to properly test for the best sound. These outperformed the others by far. There is some bluetooth skipping, but everything else is amazing.

I bought these for my son for Christmas and he loves them.

Started running and needed new ear buds. Wanted to try a bluetooth pair. After reading some reviews, I decided on these. I am very pleased with them and even used them while running in the rain with no problems.

It has great sound. But I find it hard for it to fit my ears even with the smallest cushion.

I had just returned Dre beats ear buds that constantly fell out, and a BB rep recommended I try these Jaybirds. They are great, 'lock in' to my ears much better and never fall out while running. Great product!

I would like more bass and a better fit in the ear. Plus it takes awhile to sync sometimes

They seemed to work well the sound was good, I could not get them to fit my ears correctly.

Good product. Charge lasts. Fast connection. Only neg, wish the sound was a little louder.

I love these headphones when used as headphones. That said the Bluetooth connection randomly takes over when making or receiving a call. When phone is chosen as an audio source for an incoming call, 10-30 seconds in the Bluetooth automatically connects an if you don't have one of the buds in you assume the call dropped. Frustrating!!

The connection is better than the original blue buds x.
