I like the design, and it's very comfortable when wearing it. Audio quality is much better than I expect, never had connectivity problem. Highly recommend

All the jaybird are pretty nice I owned them all, however the jaybird X3 are awesome.. the fit snugged to my ear, the air fins on these are more sturdy and fist comfortable.

I love that these don’t fall off easily. I have pretty small ears and most headphones slip off. Love taking these went I workout or just go for a hike

I would say this product does not live up to the expectation that the Best Buy sales person presented. It does not deliver in areas that I specifically asked about. Reception distant from base device for one, that was the most important item to me and it falls way short of expectations and desires. Sales person mislead me on this or they just did not know and should have stated such. As with several of the items I have bought from Best Buy over the last year, and what got me put on your return list, the sales people really don't know the products and they do not deliver to the expectations I was sold on. For the price paid for the product I expected much more. It is becoming very frustrating with purchases from Best Buy. You sell products that the sales people don't know and understand, you sell service agreements to cover these purchases but yet when I use the service agreements or return a product and buy another one, again because the sales person sold me the wrong product for my system, sometimes for more money I get penalized for coming back to your store. Very frustrating and disappointing, I have bought all my electronics from Best Buy for the last 20+ years and I am more disappointed with each purchase.

These headphones are great! And it also allows you to download an app on your phone to change the equation settings. These headphones are awesome for the price!

The sound on these are great! tho it may take some time to figure out the right fit for your ears.

I tried the x2’s and returned them. Wasn’t going to try these but gave them a whirl. Much better sound quality and build quality than x2’s. Use daily.

I have airpods, the Bose sports and these. These are great and very much like the Bose. And superior to the airpods which are conveniente yet not as good of sound.

Headphones are awesome provide great sound quality but they seem to not have a good of battery life as advertised but it could be I use them loudly and change songs often overall I'm very happy it's great meets me needs and keeps me sane at work it does last around 6 hours+ which is enough for me! Recommend to anyone they are sturdy and even after 6 months of heavy use in dirty environments they are still going strong!

I got to use under my motorcycle helmet. They are working good. Just need to be a little louder.

Loved them nice and loud sweat resistance and they dont fall out of my ears when working out.

The sound quality was fantastic, as I had read in many reviews. Sadly, the right headphone began to go in and out before finally dying completely. Thankfully I had purchased the replacement plan through Best Buy and was able to get a replacement Great sound, but may wear out eventually

Earphones are perfect for the active listener. I work at the airport and have no problem hearing my music. The noise canceling feature is a must for me.

The headphones overall work great. You can change the way the headphones sound with the app you can install. I like being able to clip the cord to wrap around your head.
