The entire Jazwares line of Halo Infinite figures is just awful. Poorly designed and poorly manufactured.
I got the Master Chief figure from this scale and line and his right shoulder socket is loose and floating, The glue must have snapped inside. The attachment point of the feet to the angles is at where the tongue of a shoe would be, so his ankle cannot bend forward at all. The extra hands have no rifle-grip-holding hand so he can't hold his rifle with both hands like in the games, and on top of that, all but two of his four left hands will even stay in the left wrist without falling out.
The smaller scale figures seem much nicer, but have almost equally bad faults of their own. If you're buying this as or for a collector who wants to pose it and display it, they will more than likely be disappointed. Of the 6 figures I've purchased, 2 of the 4 smaller scales figures were okay, and neither of the two large figures like these were good.
A child who isn't picky will probably not have an issue smashing this into other figures for playing with them, but if you're a collector or older fan of Halo, these figures are just awful.
