    Best Buy shipped me an opened one with the wrapper hanging off and the Best Buy pickup tag on the opened wrapper. Disappointment for my 6 year old. I paid full price for a new one. I will buy from other stores in the future.

    Didn't receive the color I wanted or the squishville I wanted...There were a lot of them I liked ,so was sure I would receive one of them since there were quite a lot.. But that wasn't the case..Was very disappointed.

    Best buy shipped my order using ROADIE as the carrier. Roadie never even attempted delivery and said customer refused package so it was returned to sender. Its been 24 business days and multiple calls and chats with best buy and still no refund. Shop elsewhere!
