I just wanted to know if we can hook up other JBL subwoofer

Speaker sounds good however it does not turn on automatically when I turn on my TV. I have to continuously unplugged the entire speakers system and plug it back in every time I want to use it. This is very frustrating. I have tried multiple connections, such as an HDMI. And Bluetooth to try to fix the issue along with many others and nothing seems to work.

I recommend this system! Definitely exceeded my expectations!

Its a very good investent But i would like a little high sound

Hate to give it a poor review after it worked great for the first couple days but now I’m having issues with it. It mutes itself. Gets stuck on loading mssg when I reset it. Have to unplug and plug back in order to get sound back. About to bring it back

The soundbar itself had a coil whine like noises coming from it. I thought to myself, “Fine, it’s not a big deal.” Then, after about two weeks there sub woofer started to make crackling a popping noises that became unbearable. My cheaper 200 dollar Samsung soundbar never had any issues compared to the JBL bar 500 at its $400+ price tag.

I recently upgraded my home audio setup with the JBL - BAR 500, and I must say, this soundbar has exceeded my expectations. Easy set up, Clean sound, and deep bass! Worth every penny

This is a great soundbar for the price, I've had a 100$ one from 2017 that was complete garbage, and a 150$ one that is very recent. this has roughly the same volume potential as the 150$ one but the sound is much more clear, it gives the impression of surround sound in certain movie scenes and games and the bass is good to great, but without diving into the app It can be adjusted from 1-5. It suffers from sometimes being too intense at low numbers in video games, but 5 being just fine for movies. This is a great buy for around 400$. I've owned it for about 2 months now, so no idea how well it will hold up. There are better options and more true surround sound out there, but you'd need to spend 1,000$+ to get much better than this.

Now a days finding a high quality soundbar on budget is a bit challenging mainly a soundbar with 5.1 channels. This soundbar delivers high quality cinematic sound with earth shattering bass. It's very powerful and I was able to get all that cinematic surround sound shattered my room just on volume levels 22-23. I only know Vizio has a soundbar with 5.1 channel on budget priced around $500 tried that but was not completely satisfied. Then I got to know this soundbar in my research which launched recently and the price as well on budget so just thought to give a try and we were blown away with the sound quality. Every movie we watch feels like we are in a high-quality IMAX theater. Another thing to note and may help whoever falls under my category, there is no video audio latency issues if connected via Bluetooth which many soundbars has this issue. I would just say its no brainer considering the price point and performance if you are looking for powerful high quality 5.1 channel soundbar. Its a simple setup plug and play. JBL ONE app helps to tune the equalizer and update software etc.,

I bought this to replace an older Polk bar that I’ve had for years and I really wasn’t sure what to expect, it had been a while since I’d shopped for good audio equipment, but I knew this was the one as soon as it came up in the app showing an open box with no remote ($100 off!) but that’s no problem for my harmony. I was already out the door to pick it up. I’d been a huge fan of JBL since I first started driving and had to custom retrofit my car dashboard in order to fit infinity kappa perfect tweeters in the corner of the windshield. I wasn’t going to settle for anything less back then, and I decided I was gonna get something really good this time around too. I knew this was the one. Holy cow. I hadn’t realized how far soundbars have come since the last time I looked at anything seriously. Dolby atmos? I have no clue what that is, but I’m definitely plugging in my series x through this hdmi pass through and finding out. It blew me away. I really didn’t know what I was missing. I’d never felt as immersed in the game in my own living room. This thing makes movies truly feel cinematic in my 17’ x 12’ living room. I’m definitely looking to upgrade my 55” next because the sound honestly makes me feel like I’m missing out on what is a great experience. The Bluetooth range on this thing is amazing. Saturday mornings I play music and clean. I take the trash out to the detached garage that has to be about 50’ away and through all the walls of the house and I can still hear it. I know my neighbors must be tired of it by now, but I promise it’s not too loud, this thing just kicks! Plus I always wait for a decent hour before I start. If you’re looking to treat yourself to something a little special that’s really going to amp up your media experience, but don’t want to go too crazy with componen/bespoke or don’t need a 7.2, this is really the top of the heap. This is by far my most satisfying best buy purchase in years.

I was surpised at the sound of this sound bar. Gets very loud and the bass is amazing. At first I was thinking they forgot to include the manual. I forgot about the JBL One app. Makes setup a breeze. Real simple just one HDMI to the earc/arc and hood to go. Like I said the sound is very impressive. The app works great all the settings you need. Its great to have the wifi and bluetooth also. Listen to music from your phone,tablet or pc. This is a great product!

An excellent choice. Sound, sharpness, pop, bass, dialog, value for money, compact for sound, simplicity and App settings, as well as window rattling bass. Pretty easy decision here and definitely out does any traditional stereo Apm setup for the cost and simplicity without having people need to know how to use buttons upon buttons.

Very easy to set up! The sound is great!! Comes with everything you need right out of the box. Self calibration feature was a nice plus. I woukd definitely recommend this sound system.

JUST GOT IT. SETUP MYSELF WITHOUT INSTRUCTIONS. PAIRED WITH MY LG NANOCELL 65” INCH TV. IT WAS $599.00 PLUS TAX. IT SOUNDS GREAT. I CALIBRATED IT FOR MY SMALL CONDO. I SET THE BASS ON MAX. I TRIED OUT MY 4K GODZILLA DVD. POWERFUL BASS. 5.1 IS THE WAY TO GO. JBL IS A GREAT PRODUCT.
