Nice Sound, few issues at low volumes

Impressed by the audio quality and definitely gives me much better experience than what comes out from my Insignia TV. Liked the Harman feature, particularly while watching the movies. Couple of issues I observed. The Harman volume doesn't really seem to work if we need to lower volumes. The voice fluctuates and I believe the system needs you to keep the volume at a certain minimum level to use this feature. I also observed that the unit powers off completely if we reduce the volume to almost mute point. I face this issue when I need to attend a call while watching. Not a major issue, but does bother me a bit. Other than the lower volume issues, I have been enjoying the sound quality, for something that is around $220 range product. Havent found any similar product under $400. I have also used the bluetooth feature from my phone and works perfectly. The USB charging is slot is pretty useful too. Overall a good product, except issues with low volumes
