Customer Ratings & Reviews

Bought it for my son as a birthday gift and he loves it . Ultra portable with its handy carabiner and great sound as you’d expect with JBL . Battery life is great as it last for the whole day with volume halfway . Great blue tooth speaker highly recommended .

Love it!! I was looking for a portable speaker I could fit into my chest bag as I rode my bike, and this worked perfectly as it was not too bulky. Sound was nice and clear as JBL is known for. A little more bass would of been nice, but it wasn’t enough to move the needle off 5 stars.

This is perfect for a shower radio or travel speaker. It is small and light but sounds better than most typical size portable speakers. While it is lacking a little of the deeper base, it is expected for the speaker size, and the spectrum is balanced and sound is clear.

Great sound and super convenient for running around, on bike, or camping. It clips right to your belt or back pack.

Good sound for its size. Quality built speaker as we are well known jbl does. Nice gold color. Sometimes you want music and carrying a bigger speaker can get bulky. I like my clip jbl better for being light and ready for the go with your music.

I love listening to music and podcasts in the shower, and this speaker is awesome for that! The battery lasts a long time, it’s easy to use, it looks cool, and the sound quality is super impressive for such a small speaker. We’ve had the previous generation model, and this is definitely a step up.

I bought this as a secondary portable speaker for my spouse and found it was a great choice. It's louder than expected, easy to transport (especially since it clips to anything), and holds a charge fairly well. The connection is also very good and stable with minimal breaks.

Best portable speaker! Battery is long lasting and sound is loud. Best purchase for those who exercise at home, go on trail walks, and outdoor adventures, and those who simply love music. You click it to your pants, bag, or lay it in the surface. Music unleashed! Best Buy!

We purchased three of these as stocking stuffers at Christmas. The kids ( 2 high school students and 1 college student) loved them! Very convenient and lightweight when clipping to their backpacks. The sound is good and the volume was louder than anticipated. Very pleased with the purchase.

This little speaker has great sound. Light weight and with the clip on hook makes it easy to attach to jeans or shorts belt loop. Plus attaching it to my back pack. The rubber underside makes it easy to put on a slippery surface. My grandkids loved it. Very statisfied! Great value for the price.

This is convenient to bring along anywhere- perfect size and has a clip that’s easy to use. Has surprisingly good sound quality for the size and is easy to use with my iPhone. I’ve had it a year and it’s holding up really well. Very happy with the JBL clip:)

Purchased the clip after a kayaking accident claimed my last Bluetooth. Seems very durable and well made. Sound quality is as expected and very easy to use. Loud, crisp sounding speaker that’s not super clunky. Very happy with my purchase

This works perfectly on the golf course. Clips right onto my golf bag and I’m off walking enjoying the music. It connects the first time and I haven’t experienced any disconnects yet. Waterproof just in case you get caught in the rain.

I use the Clip 3 for my birding adventures. First time out, using my Audubon App I attracted a total 15 species to my area. Great sound, lightweight, and it will clip wherever you want it! Am usually a Bose fan, but I think this JBL is great!!

I purchased this speaker specifically to use for travel. It’s very easy to hook up to my phone and has very good sound. I especially like the small size and bookmakers it easy to attach to lounge chairs or in various spots in a hotel room

These are very good quality speakers, the first thing I did when I got mine was throw it in the pool to see if it was really waterproof like it says. I only left it in there for about a minute because I just wanted to hurry up and listen to music, but it does indeed float and no piece of hardware seems to have suffered as a result (there’s a rubber piece that covered the aux and charging port, and I worried that water might deep in after so long. But that appears to have not been the case). So if you’re thinking of taking one of these to go casually canoeing or kayaking, I would definitely recommend it, just so long as you’re not going white water rafting or anything intense (the speaker is pretty small and can fit in the palm of your hand, so it might get lost a bit too easily in rapids even if it does float).

Speaker sound is Great, the size, waterproof and quality are ideal for inside the house or outdoors. Also you can use this as a speaker to answer phone calls with great clarity which is a function being removed in newer models.

I bought this as a gift and they loved it. It's a decent sounding speaker for its size and price. Very easy to pair devices and you can also hang it to your backpack if thats your thing or anywhere in the house.

It’s awesome! It’s small but has a really great sound. I’ve had the flip jbl speaker and it’s about the same sound and volume in my opinion. I got this to clip onto my backpack when a few of my friends and I go hiking.

I feel like if the go 2 has more bass but definitely the clip 3 has a more loud sound for outdoor and also I feel compared to the go 2 is much better for its value but since you get a more durable speakers plus louder sound and double the battery it's ok but I do feel it's a little overpriced but other than that it's great!
