It's got good sound, good range and it's waterproof. Battery life isn't that good, and the buttons are super sensitive. If you grab it in the wrong spot you either shut it off or set it for pairing. It's really ki d of irritating.

The sound quality is excellent and it.s easy to operate, however there are apps that will not play using a wifi or blue tooth connection, and you have removed the means to connect it with a cable manually. My JBL 111 has this ability because you have that option. Also you cannot use it with Zoom Communications, and I would love to use it that way.

I was exited to get this for a golf speaker. Great sound, loved the clip aspect to attach to my bag. The issue I have is it cuts out a lot and not sure because if it is user error (power button is close where I grab my bag or if the Bluetooth cuts out very easily. I used it over four rounds and found myself constantly reconnecting Bluetooth to make tot work. I hope it is user error but the reality is I constantly had to reconnect- 4 rounds and at least 10 reconnects. I will try next year, but the reality is over 3 months, it hasn’t been reliable, hence the average rating.

Great sound but the buttons are way too sensitive and it powers itself off if you bump the side. I hooked it to my backpack and it powered down over and over from just normal walking. Super disappointing for a JBL. All it needs is a 1 or 2 second delay when pressing and it would never happen.

Sound quality is fine dorsnt get to load. Use it at work and the battery doesn't last the full shift eaven when the volume is not full blast. The clip and size overall are perfect. The off button seams a lil sensitive as i sometimes hit it when hanging from my belt and have to turn it back on. Left my phone in the break room and the sound was good almost to the other side of the store!

I just bought this yesterday to listen to music at work and am disappointed already. It says it will last for 10 hrs on full charge. Well that was a fat lie. It lasted about 3 hrs at full volume. now before anyone mentions the charge depends on the volume played. My Clip 3 lasts a full 6 hrs at full blast. This did not. Will return.

Had the CLIP 3 before buying this one. Ngl, this feels like a downgrade. The clip isnt the best and it doesnt have a microphone so I cant do calls on it. Also felt that the battery life was shorter. Buy the CLIP 3 instead

Maybe even below average sound quality. Seems to have decent volumn levels for its size, and the exterior build quality is excellent (i expect this to last forever honestly) but its not a particularly impressive sounding speaker, even for its size.

I really wish I could give this speaker a better rating. I owned the JBL clip 2 as well as the 3... and the Clip 4 blows both of them out the water sound-wise. Just awesome! But the battery life is 1/3 of what they claim it to be. 2 hours max. Not even close to 6. Iy is no better than the previous models in that regard. Still worth purchasing though. Definitely.

I’m happy with my purchase, I just wish it was a tad bit louder it’s a small travel speaker under $100.. it works for what I bought it for which is just listening to podcast when I’m in my work truck or when I ride through the park and don’t want to wear ear buds so I can hear what’s around me on the Chicago streets.

Battery doesnt last as long at all. Also, it takes forever to charge it. I keep mune plugged into the charger at all times or it dies within a couple hours. Sounds pretty good for the price though.

I bought this speaker for my dad to use for work and he really liked it. He liked the size and sound. The only issue is that the battery does not last 10hrs while on max volume, it lasts about 3 hrs.

Bad battery life. The speaker only last about 5 hours at 60% volume. 50% volume sounds tiny. The sound quality is good for the size. I wish it has longer battery life.
