Bought a second pair after losing the case. Great sound but small and easy to lose. Sucks that the find my bud locater doesnt also work in finding your case as well.

Good quality but terrible design absolutely not thought out. Constantly falls out of my ears, way too sensitive on the touch buttons on the headphones themselves. The charge case itself is also a bad design because for 1 your not allowed to program it like tell it to only charge the headphones once down to a certain percentage so because of that it seems like its always trickle charging my headphones which kills my lil charge case and i have to keep charging it and 2nd i have trouble getting both headphones to turn on after i open the lil case don't know y because they're supposed to connect automatically and 3rd i also have trouble turning them off when i put them away in there little case they charge in which i assume has to do with the little magnetic charge prongs in the case and the little plates they touch on the headphones, well the plates get dirty and dont let there be a connection so they dont turn off like there programmed to. All in all im very disappointed. I love JBL products had a couple speakers for years but this was a rip off too me i really wish i got that expensive 50$ warranty cuz they are worth more like 80$ not 200$. actually deserves 1 star

Just to give you an idea of what I have for a frame of reference: Bose QuietComfort Earbuds Bose Sport Earbuds MW07 Plus Sony XM3 Earbuds Sony SP800N Jabra 75t SOUND While all of the true wireless earbuds I have sound great, the JBL Club Pro+, in my opinion, not only have the best sound, but they have the most customizable EQ (10 band). Out of the box, the sound is exceptionally clear and mostly neutral. The EQ is very effective and does not change the character of the sound in terms of imaging; all sounds/instruments have their place and are well articulated. The EQ simply emphasizes frequencies to your taste does not pollute the rest of the spectrum. Very impressive for this type of audio package. FIT & FINISH Ergonomic and smooth placement/adjustment into the ear. Quality case and earbuds. Very well made with high-grade plastics and excellent fabrication. FEATURES Fully speced out with pretty much everything one could ask for: wireless charging, ANC, hear through, full touch controls, an App for updates + 10 band EQ, pocketable size, USB C. ANC While not the best in the game, it's still effective and not an afterthought. It gets rid of much of the constant low frequency noise (road noise, engine, etc.). Overall, these compete with the best in the game, and to me, they are in fact the best at this current point in time. 100% recommend!

I love these earbuds. I'm very picky when it comes it comes my earbuds. These have the sound quality of beats, excellent comfort, the features packed into them are incredible, and they last my entire 9 hour shift with no issues. The bass is deep, vocals are clear. And they stay secure in your ear. Perfect for music, audio books, and movies.

Sound great, great app, with several options for equalizer. These are very comfortable.

Sounds is amazing for these earbuds. You know you have good earbuds when you can’t hear a car driving by. The app is also decent while customizing the sound to your music. I choose these over the Sony earbuds and don’t regret it at all. Ear buds might seem slightly bulky, but are actually comfortable and stable while working out.

Comfortable, but sometimes youve got to readjust them, the only thin i didnt like was the wireless charging, maybe mine were defective, and lot of times in the case they were still connected to the phone. Although very compact and portable, sounds great.

Awesome jbl sound...one of the loudest tws I've had..and I've had a bunch...too bad the left one overheated...first problem I've had with a jbl product and I have a bunch from the 3.1 soundbar to 2 boomboxes and a party box 300....too bad it was sold out when I returned or else I would have reordered it right then and there

Well built and quality design but for me it stops there. The most important thing which is the sound has an uncorrectable tinge to the mid highs even with the app. I just exchanged for the tour pros because of the uncomfortable fit and they definitely didn't have that problem. Secondly the the touch area is too small and not sensitive enough for my large fingers. I wear gloves at work which makes it impossible to control without removing them each time. Third i have to use a set of larger aftermarket tips and the get stuck down in the case when removing. Definitely going back.

The best sound quality and noise cancelation I have ever experienced. Battery life is good even with noise cancelation activated. These are very comfortable and light in the ear.

Amazing sound quality. . . . Ok, out of the box stock sound i wasn't blown away. Its not until you download the app do you truly unleash the potential of the headphone sound quality. Very rich high end sound and the BASS! Bass level is top notch. DOWNLOAD THE JBL APP to adjust the EQ on these

I’m not even sure how many pairs of true wireless earbuds I have tested out at this point. All I know is that I’ve tried JBL, Sony, and Jabra, and ALL of them kept falling out of my ears. I can tell you that these were my second pair of JBL TWS that I’ve tested and I had really high hopes for them. However, once again, the eartips were not big enough. And yes, I tried large ones... After all of the different consumers who say that the earbuds keep falling out of their ears, you would think that companies would catch on by now, but they haven’t. All companies make are S, M, and L eartips. For a lot of people, like me, that’s not enough! I am literally an XL size eartip away from having the earbuds fit. So companies, MAKE XL EARTIPS! Not everyone has small to normal size ears!

I love these.. they hold a charge for days and do not hurt my ears. Very easy to set up with multiply devices.

Sound quality was ok at first until I figured out the set up in the app, definitely better than my live500bt. Fit is amazing since I have medium to large ears. They stay in place even when moving around and I don’t feel like they’re going to fallout.

Best ear buds I ever owned. The app is incredible and so is the sound. Battery life is excellent. Highly recommend!!

Very impressive buds! The EQ customization is a very nice addition that is accessed within the app. I had to return my Jabra Elite 75t earbuds due to the left ear glitch out intermittently. I'm glad I went with these. The case supports wireless charging and you can use either bud without the use of the other one. They sound amazing and I can gladly recommend them.
