They are very good, ND the sound quality is great. Every once in a while they cut out when in large open rooms. It may have to do with my phone though. The headphones sound amazing though and fit snuggly which is perfect for exercise

Excellent sound and stays put in my ears, even at the gym. However I sometimes have trouble with the left ear not picking up. Not sure if its not charging properly/

I was on the lookout for true wireless earbuds but didn't have a clue what to buy. I've heard that some stick way out or are too big or too small. Wow. I asked an employee at Best Buy for his opinion and he said he had some of these and recommended them. I really like them. They fit perfectly in my ears and stay snug but not uncomfortably. They aren't going anywhere, even when I run. They also have good connectivity. I put them in my pocket and closed the locker door, then walked around a wall to the sink and they didn't cut out at any time. Only thing is you can't turn up the volume real high, which I guess is a good thing...

This is a great buy. The sound is excellent and the design is light, comfortable and secure. I highly recommend buying these earbuds.

These things continue to impress. Sound is so much fuller compared to AirPods or Jabras. Bose might edge them out on sound quality, but these have no latency when watching videos...something Bose truly struggles with. I use these to work out with, and although they might shift somewhat when I lay back to bench, they never fall out and continue to perform when I’m super sweaty. I had an issue with one side staying charged/connected. Looked up a YouTube video and found out how to hard reset them. Since then, I have had no issues at all.

The fit and sound are good. They stay secured to my ears during my physical workouts, cycling and even swimming. Durable and lite. They never felt like I would lose them. Easily pairs and connects to my phone. Haven't really used them for phone conversations yet. Now the bad news: I thought water proof meant that I could swim with these on, I was wrong. They stayed secured, but as soon as my head submerged in the water for a normal stroke, the music cuts off and above the water, they cut back on. I tried a few more times, but they kept cutting off as soon my head when no less then 6 inches under the water. I'll still keep them, but I was really looking forward to swimming with music.

When first purchased love the sound and the way they fit in the ear at a great price. With the note 9 they would not stay connected on stand by mode. JBL customer service was fantastic a second pair was tried, same issue. Ended up with a different brand that works fantastic with the note.

I was amazed at the low frequency response these have. I initially bought Bose and since they were the type that are not over-the-ear they kept falling out. The Bose sounded great, but these were much less expensive and the overall sound quality of these is better especially in the bass range. They are quite comfortable so I actually prefer the over-ear comfort since they don't fall out. They maybe don't get quite as loud as the Bose but loud enough that it's probably a good thing.

Excellent true wireless headphones for music of any genre. They lock, and stay in place better than any I've owned previously. Bass heavy, with crisp mids and clear highs. The power pack is the best in the industry. The only drawback is that phone calls only come through in mono mode, and the controls are only on the right side, and are extremely sensitive. It's easy to disconnect calls, or mute music with an inadvertent touch. Overall excellent headset and I would definitely recommend.

I really wanted to like these headphones, they were very comfortable and tight over my ears. The problem is that there is absolutely no bass. The highs are very clear, but I mainly use headphones for music and the sound reminds me of a transistor radio from the 1960's. I was surprised because most of the reviews talk about the strong bass, but I was not hearing it. I contacted Harman customer service and received the usual response (check your phone, application, source, etc.) but no help, so I decided to return them to Best Buy. If you listen mainly to podcasts, these might be for you because the sound is very clear, but for music, they just don't sound good.

I really like how comfortable these are and the sound quality is great. But if you dont charge these regularly the left ear one dies faster. Maybe just for me, not sure.

Have to return & exchange this product often because the charger box malfunctions & won’t charge the earbuds in a consistent, reliable manner. I love the buds when they are functioning, but I’ve yet to keep a pair more than three months, because they fail to hold a charge or unable to be charged. In fact, I have to return a pair tomorrow for the same issue. Thankful for Best Buy’s extended warranty program, I’ve returned several pair this year. I love how they fit & sound, but it is not a reliable product.

The listening sound quality is very good and the fit is nice. Controls are a bit flaky and most complain about the voice quality when I use it for phone calls out doors so not good for that at all unless in a very quiet environment.

The sound, comfort and battery life are good but sometimes they turn off when you are simply trying to adjust them or change the volume.

Great earbuds. Secure for running. Good sound quality. Sometimes the earbuds have trouble connecting to the charging case.

I have it as present to my husband who is obsessed with music and headphones, he always has the top of the line headphones and he needed workouts earplugs, after reading a lot of reviews I opted for this one and I did not regret my choice, he loves them, the comfort, the fitting and the security of not falling off, and of course the quality of the sound. In general great in ear headphones.

The sound quality on these are excellent. I am not sure what the negative comments are about regarding the low bass. They do just fine when it comes to that. I do not like the control being on one side. When I try and turn the volume up or down it pauses it. Not sure what the fix is for that tho. But over all they are great. They don’t fall out and are super light in my ears. I forget they’re there.

Fit well. Looked and sounded good. Had problems with connectivity through my iPhone. Perhaps they work. better with an android system. Again, sound is great and they were comfortable.

Overall great product. 2 things would make it better. 1. Longer battery life. These will not last all day. 2. Left doesn’t work with out right. Right works without left. You have to have the right bud on at all times. Otherwise, great sound, comfortable design. If you only need 4-5 hours between charging, you’re good. They do charge fast, but would prefer a solid 10-12 hrs.
