Owned for 6 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.They sound good but they are sadly too big for my ear canals no matter which size ear insert that I use the app is not that great it only works half the time and I've never had the issue where my headphones would connect to my Google Chromecast and I never the Bluetooth up on either device it just does it by itself because it's compatible with Google Assistant which makes listening very difficult when I have to go downstairs and pair it from my living room and unpair it from my parents room just to go all the way back upstairs find out that's paired itself again

The last time I used them (approximately 1 hour) the app on my phone said 40% battery life, the next time I went to use them they were dead.

Bought as replacement for dead airpod for use when running. Cycled through all the earbud sizes included but they keep falling out of my ears when running. Ended up returning and purchasing Shokz Openruns. The JBLs would work better for you if you are not planning on using them during exercise.

The bass is very low and I have to turn the volume up all the way in order to barely hear a person when I am talking on the phone. The headphones also sound funny after I've used them while in the shower, it's like they need time to dry out.

Our JBL Endurance Race TWS comes with a different sizes of eartips and enhancers that you can try to see which best fits with your ear. In order for the headphones to give you the best audio response, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. The noise cancellation is non-existent. I needed them for work and they’re useless when machines are going and/or a lot of people are talking at the same time. I do like that they fit well and work well at the gym.

The reason why the volume decreases every time you are in a loud environment is because of the Ambient Aware feature of your headphones. To turn it off/on, simply tap the left earbud once.
