    Sound and noise cancellation are just okay. The fit is a bit bulky and the touch sensors are sensitive causing setting changes when adjusting. When using during phone calls, the Bluetooth connection just quits whenever losing portions of important conversations. I would suggest purchasing a better product, this simply isnt it.

    I charge them and they still read only 80-90%, and the sound could be better tuned the EQ doesn't do it justice.

    Price when I bought them was good unfortunately I feel they lacked in sound quality and volume. Control's seemed way harder to use then they would be.

    I was super happy with my purchase right off the bat. I use these every day but not too long each day. I’ve had them about 6 weeks and already the left earbud has started to go in and out with sound. It drops to a lower volume and goes back and forth between a normal and lower volume. I can’t figure out the reason but I should have known based on the sale price at the time that these may not last long

      Thanks for your feed back. We're here to help with your JBL Endurance Race. While the sound is Intermittent we recommend following this step: With both earbuds on, and not charging, tap two times and hold the button on the third tap for more than 5 seconds to reset the earbuds to factory settings. You may need to Forget the Device in your Bluetooth settings in order to pair it again. If this does not resolve the issue we recommend to contact us for further assistance. JBL

    Mediocre sound quality. The bass sound literally nonexistent, the sound is very ‘tin clannish’. The fit is squirrelly, had to use the smallest ear plug for descent fit. But that’s just me. Ear piece is difficult to remove from charging station.

      Thanks for reaching out to us. We're here to help. In order for the headphones to give you the best audio response, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. If you have accomplished a tight seal, but still feel that the bass is lacking, this might be caused of the sonic quality of your source, depending on what you are listening to, EQ Settings, or Source Device. If you're using an EQ, you may try to turn it off, or if not, try turning it on and boosting the bass. You may also reset the earbuds by turning it on, and not charging, tap two times and hold the button on the third tap for more than 5 seconds. You may need to 'forget' the headphones in Bluetooth settings on your phone/tablet in order to pair it again.     Great battery life. Sound doesn't have as much Bass as i would like but overall good earbuds for the price.

    I just these and was so excited , I notice one side with no sound . I checked volume was on max . I checked the application everything was fine but no sound . Now i must return it unhappy i dont like doing returns but need great buds

      We appreciate your feedback on our JBL Endurance Race TWS. Your JBL Endurance Race TWS has an IP67 feature which means that they're good with sweat. Please make sure that the unit is dried before charging/ plugging into a power outlet when the unit is exposed to water or moisture. JBL

    These won’t connect to my MacBook and already stop working (either one or the other) periodically. They just don’t have sound coming through. Would not waste the money.

      Thanks for bringing this to our attention. We're here to help. Make sure that both earbuds are properly charged. To manually pair it with your MacBook, turn on both earbuds, tap twice either the left or right earbud, on the second tap, hold it for by 5 seconds, LED indicator should show blinking blue light. For the sound issue, try to connect the headphones to a different device (phone/tablet/music player) to see if it fixes the problem. You may also perform a reset by turning on both earbuds, and not charging, tap two times and hold the button on the third tap for more than 5 seconds. You may need to 'forget' the headphones in Bluetooth settings on your phone/tablet in order to pair it again.
