Waste of money

Very poor quality clearly, I have had ear buds half the cost that have lasted 5 times more. Save your money and time, get something else..

These pins are sensitive to dust. Please ensure the pins are dried before placing them back on the case. If you need more help, we'd like to work with you directly. Did not work for me

Earbud Fail Ater Seven Months-No Help from Bestbuy

Rubber ear-tips also failing. Despite keeping them clean, they have stretched and now routinely slip off the earpieces. In-store Bestbuy purchase. Bestbuy is no help. Pursuing warranty with JBL.

Horrible experience or maybe a bad product batch

It started sounding like a blown speaker before it totally stopped working. I returned it for a new pair and the R bud did the same thing. Since I had other pairs to use, I simply trashed this one since it was now outside the return window.

Stopped working after a month or two

After I woke up they wouldnt power on. Poor charging protection on this device and JBL needs to go back to the drawing board on this one.

Great for running or rocking out, hurt my ears

But these headphones aren't worth it if they can't even last a year.

To achieve the best seal and secure fit of our JBL Endurance Race, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear, then gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear. Alternatively, you can try other ear tips from third-party retailers that will fit your ear. If you need more help, please contact JBL Customer Support.
