Posted .Thanks for your feedback, we recommend cleaning the contact pins on the case and earbuds using a cotton swab with alcohol. Charging issues are frequently caused by foreign matter on the metal charging contacts. This can include sweat, grease, etc. Please ensure the pins are dried before placing them back on the case. If this does not resolve the issue, please contact our customer support.

Noise

Posted .Thank you for reaching out. We're here to help. Our JBL Endurance Race doesn't have a noise-cancelling feature. It comes with Ambient Aware and TalkThru feature which keeps you alert to your surroundings while listening to music which is probably the reason why you hear background noise. Posted .Thank you for your feedback. Our JBL Endurance Race has an IP67 rating which protects the product from submersion in 1 meter (3.3 feet) of water for up to 30 minutes. It is waterproof but not suitable for underwater use because Bluetooth signals do not pass through water.
