Downloading the JBL Headphones app on a compatible iOS or Android device will likely address the sound issue. With the control you get with the included equalizer the sound will be great. A proper fit contributes to a better sound as well. It comes with 4 sets of ear tips and 3 sets of secure fit eartips that you can try. You should expect up to 8 hours of audio playback with ANC and BT on when the EVEREST ELITE 100 reaches full charge. It comes with 3 sets of ear tips and secure fit ear tips that you can try. To secure the earphones in place,it is recommended to put the cord behind the neck. First, they don't have a magnet to hold them after use. I specifically asked that his reccomendation include only those that had retractable or magnetic storage. These have neither. Second to get a decent amount of sound you need to download an app. Worst decision to trust a salesperson especially since the reviews were bad.

Not the best quaity headphones
