Very poor when you're trying to listen on a phone add a lot of background noise. It will also turn off every so many minutes like 5 to 10 if that so when you trying to use it for a Bluetooth on a phone it would never work when people would call after 5 minutes of use.

So in reviewing these headphones I am comparing them to at least 10 other headphones I have purchased. The sound quality was poor. They were weak in terms of sound strength and even when my environment was quiet the sound of the bass was weak. The bigger issue with these was the connectivity. They would randomly mute me while i was having a conversation on the phone. I thought at first it was maybe the buttons were sensitive to my shirt possibly rubbing them, but no matter how i wore them i had the same issue. Returning them to the store.

Bluetooth is ok, Battery life could be better, Sound is great, and the cable for the ear buds is way too long it keeps getting caught on everything if the buds are not in my ears.

The sound coming from this is rich and clear. What makes it exceptional is that I can control how much ambient sound I would to like hear. It's comfortable enough to use for hours too.

Overall, they're not the best sounding earbuds. With single 12mm drivers, larger than the average 10mm average, they're not able to handle the full spectrum well enough for someone looking for great sound quality. But, that's not why I bought them.
I needed/wanted something that:
- has above-aveage noise cancellation
- an app with so I could adjust EQ settings and save custom ones
- includes an ambient or hear through feature
- has a comfortable, secure fit
- would be a wireless neckband (because I tend to easily lose track of my TW earbuds)
- decent battery life
This has all that! No regrets... especially since I was able to find these in like-new condition with case and ALL the original eartips, charge cable, etc. for only $20 on eBay. I got lucky on that one but even if they were $50 or $60 it would be worth it, UNLESS you HAVE to have audiophile like sound quality.
I mostly use these to listen to PODCASTS on the "vocal" setting in the app so they are more than adequate for that.
Also, you can adjust the Ambient sound to OFF, LOW, MEDIUM OR HIGH in either earbud independently. For example, as a passenger in a car, I have noice isolation on one side and activate ambient aware on the side from which someone else may speak to me or you may be on the couch watching videos on your phone but someone esle is sitting off to the side. You want to make sure you don't shut them off completely. They may want to ask or comment on something they're watching on television. It may annoy them when they have to repeat something, especially if they've been talking for some time before you/they realize you haven't heard anything... and it's not the first time it's happened. You don't want to get the "nevermind" response when you're like, "What was that?"
