Working at a school we encounter a number of people during our day as educators, and some of those people are "hidden in plain sight." In my case it was that of a gentleman who takes care of my classroom and those of my fellow educators, singing and whistling each day, usually some cheery or island sounding song. Each day I was always greeted with a warm, "Hello!" and he carried out his task of straightening up the room and ensuring that the room was ready for the next day. In seeking to find something that he would appreciate and use I saw this speaker... "ah ha... it's perfect!" It took all of ten minutes from tearing into the wrapping paper until it was producing the sound of steel pan inspired music as our valued staff member continued down the hall... all the while with a smile. I would recommend this as an affordable option for someone that you may not know exactly what to get them and they're someone who enjoys music. There's a big sound that comes from this small product and sounds great in school hallways!

Wanted to get a small portable Bluetooth speaker for the garage and I knew JBL made amazing portable speakers in a slightly larger scale. In-laws bought this one for my birthday and I was more than impressed! Great sound, bass response, easy to use, micro USB charging port and aux port are both protected by a rubber moveable seal. I'd highly recommend this if you're looking for a small, compact Bluetooth speaker with great sound!

This is a good little speaker for the money. Water resistant and it does well on battery life. I like that the speaker doesn’t break up and distort when turned up.

I purchased this Bluetooth speaker to replace my old one and I love it! I use it every time I shower. It has great sound quality and I have not needed to charge it in weeks. The last Bluetooth speaker I had originally needed to be charged pretty much every week (by the end it wouldn't even stay charged for 10 minutes) and had OK sound quality. Totally recommend this little gadget!

JBL has been making quality speakers for decades and with this speaker it comes out loud and clear. Small and durable and not just for the pool. It is great for canoeing, camping and our two-year old's bath time. We love how long this thing runs on a single charge. This JBL speaker is not just waterproof but kid proof and life proof.
