JBL go2 is no different in audio quality. Can't comment on battery life yet as its very new.

I was looking for a little speaker to play my music when I’m in the bathroom/kitchen but this just wasn’t loud enough for me. Very easy to use though & the color was nice.

Unfortunately it was stolen about two hours after I bought it but leaving a review anyways.
