Followed the Alexa app per instructions-did not pair. Called web site to get help, they weren't too sure themselves. Talked to Amazon for help. That's when it completely "froze". It had sufficient power to pair. Perhaps I got a "lemon" I'm not sure-returned to BB. Have never had a problem with pairing any other device before. Do not recommend.
