I love it and it works so good would totally recommend

Sounds very nice, but in keep going in and out on me. I would give 5 stars, but the sound quits after 1 minute even with full charge.

Easy to use very convenient would recommend good speaker

This was a gift. My husband wanted to love it, however, it has never been able to hold a charge. After a full charge, the speaker only lasts for 15-20 minutes before needing to charge again.

Bass is okay, but no where near what a pill speaker provides

This JBL speaker was a complete waste of money. Sure, it is on the cheap end $ wise but I also don’t want to spend a ton on a speaker when speakers aren’t anything new in the device world. Keep in mind that I’ve owned some great JBL speakers. This little thing doesn’t produce near the volume nor the equalized sound I expected from JBL, especially, and wondering, with the rave reviews here. I didn’t near get what these reviewers claim. The bass is overkill and the battery life well less than what’s raved about. I have to plug this thing in almost daily when my last JBL needed charging maybe once a month. I should have spent the extra $100. But I have bills to pay.

No bass at all. None whatsoever. Don't believe the hype.

Stupid battery don’t last more couple hours really otherwise good product

I don’t know why this thing is rated high; it has absolutely ZERO bass. I wish I could return and exchange it for a different portable speaker but apparently this one had a narrow return window. I didn’t realize some items from Best Buy have different return windows; now I know. I regret this purchase.

I really liked this speaker BUT after just 4 months it started to crackle, randomly, and made it very hard to listen. I have another one that’s been going good for years.

Best Buy delivery is useless and their customer service is nonexistent. Stick with Amazon. Ordered 5 of these as Christmas presents. Best Buy used OnTrac for delivery. Twice I got texts from OnTrac saying they "attempted to deliver the items but nobody was home." I was home both times and security cameras showed they never came. Basically they were just busy before Xmass and lied. I called Best Buy (somewhere in the Philippines) and cancelled the order and got a case number. They delivered it anyway several days later and still charged me.

Worked for 10 minutes then stopped. Stays charged but no sound at all.

Wont connect to zoom on my phone only reason i bought it

Loud, portable, great sound. I bought 2 to use in stereo mode, and they sound amazing, would recommend as a gift, or as a speaker to bring on trips.

Love this little but mighty speaker! I gave to my son for a birthday gift and he loves it!! Good quality, good sound and cute as can be!! Just like my son :) :)

This a great speaker for when you are on the move and produces a great sound out of a small speaker
