JBLs are always nice speakers. These don't disappoint either. I have them hooked to my amp in my truck and they sound great. Very clear and they can get loud as well with the amp and not break. No distortion either. The bass is okay. I know there are others that will do better, but you will pay more for those normally. I'm happy. I've always loved JBLs.

My daughter loves listening to dance, EDM music in her car nice and loud because she drives a lot for work. Her two crappy factory front speakers blew. I went in and sampled what Best Buy had and these by far were the most rounded, dynamic sound. So naturally we had them installed which was free for me because I have the Total Tech plan which gives you free installation on soo many things. These speakers sounded so good that we’re having four put into my husband’s car this week. Been there, done that with the systems that cost thousands.

My old truck (2002) dodge truck had a dead speaker, not blown but dead The original Infinity speakers had torn apart just from age. I like the sound of these JBL's more than the originals. They have a more full range balanced sound. I will be replacing the rear door speakers with JBL's this weekend. If I can figure out how to replace the in dash speakers I will replace those too. I recently had a sudden hearing loss and the I n dash speakers are way too "bright". The high frequency sound of thr Infinity speakers need to go sp I can enjoy the music again. I had to slightly open up the speaker opening in the doors but not much because the speaker baskket is just a little deeper width wise.

Excellent sound clarity with enough bass to give it the extra kick. Makes me sorry I didn’t replace the front door ones at the same time.

I am building a new system for my new truck, and wanted to try something different. I have Kicker CS 6x9’s in my car for fronts and rears, but there is just something about them that I never liked. Yes they get very loud, and take lots of power, but I was always fiddling with my eq and settings to try and tame them. I looked into these JBL GX series and gave them a shot. SO GLAD I DID! Much nicer sounding speakers. It’s a pleasure to have these in my truck and amped properly. I’m not fiddling with my eq, or settings. These are what I’ve been looking for! Thank you JBL. I will be putting these in my car as well! I highly recommend!

Very amazing speakers sound so much louder and more bass

My back speakers used to be horrible with barely any bass at all! These brought my rear deck speakers back to life! Amazing quality and pounding bass!

Good product sound amazing for the aplication crisp sound decent bass

The bass really kicks compared to my stock corolla speakers. Music sounds so much more amazing and I appreciate them often. Recommended if on sale.

Very good speakers!! I even bought the JBL GX 4 CHANNEL AMP. Really amazing sound a bass and clarity. I'd recommend these if you like bumping 2pac or any rap.

Definitely worth the price. Sound quality is great and the natural bass it produces amazes me. Worth getting it!

You will not regret purchasing these speakers. I haven't. After buying them almost a year ago, these still hit all the highs, mids and they even enough bass from them to make it sound like there's a good sized sub. They bang. Even when pushed at 20RMS. Try them out. I'm happy with my purchase! No buyers remorse here!!

Really good highs and mids but the bass is a little much so make sure you are running a sub woofer for bass. These work great for the rest.
