The sound is great and that is no real surprise. But I wasn't expecting for the headphones to be so comfortable. Great sound and comfort. It's a win-win for me! Of note, the app for Android was not good for me previously but all of the bugs seem to have been worked out.

I bought these to do schoolwork. I am taking all online classes and sometimes have to watch videos for my courses. I bought these so that when I have to do this late, I do not bother my hubby who is sleeping. These paired quick to my iPad and macbook with ease. Sound is great and super lightweight highly recommend!

these JBL 400BT are nice. I wanted some on ear headphones that were of a manageable size and not humongous. the controls take some getting use too as im used to samsung buds and jabra active 65t...the active noise setting is a good feature to have,but I do wish they were a bit louder.

These were a definite bargain. Even not on sale, these headphones would be a bargain. They sound great, and are plenty comfortable. They may not be jaw dropping in sound like some of the far more expensive ones, but for the price range, they beat much of the competition pretty easily.

Bought these headphones for my son as a Christmas gift and he was very happy. He is using them daily and they showed a great battery life. Sound is exceptional and even it doesn't specify the noise cancelling, you can't tell the difference. Definitely I would recommend to purchase this item.

Love the head set from JBL. Gives you excellent sound quality and comfort fit perfectly around your ears. It synced up with everything easy. The touch feature is nice on the ear. has the voice assistant which is very helpful for hands free assistance.

I’m a fan over the over ear headphones rather than the in ear style (the in ear ones tickle the ears). These headphones cover the ears nicely while providing rich sound (and lasts a while before a charge). I’m still getting a hang of pairing the headphones to the Amazon echo.

Love them! They work well. I use them at work and they are sound proof for me. I don’t hear my co-workers. They last for days without charge. I am able to connect to my phone and computer. Bought when they were on sale. Worth the money.

They’re comfortable for me to wear but not for my husband, they’re a little tight for him. But besides that the sound quality is great and you don’t need to volume up to the highest level to hear the sound. Using JBL app makes it more interesting and useful. Recommend it.

I really didn't want to spend an arm and on headphones and spending over $100 on some is that for me. I did catch a sale and dove in, I am very pleased with the quality, comfort, and sound. I also appreciate being able to hear around me to for safety.

I bought this unit to decrease the volume of my TV and keep peace in the family. It has done it's job superbly. They are comfortable, easily controlled. They are easily adjusted. They are well valued and priced well for what you are getting.

Really liked the added feature of being able to use it as a corded device too! Used as corded on plane and when battery died. They are surprisingly comfortable for on ear. If I had a complaint, it would be that the controls were a bit cumbersome. It might just need some getting used to. Great that I got them on sale too! I don't know if I would have paid full prize for it but after use, I get the cost. Oh, and yes they sound really good! I compared the same song from Apple Music and Amazon Music and heard really big quality difference! Amazon Music sounds way better than Apple! Unfortunately, Amazon M does not have the vast amount of content as Apple Music.

I bought these headphones as a gift for my son - plus the accident protection plan. He preferred the on-ear style of headphones and the price/quality of JBL was hard to beat. When I originally purchased these for him he was 14 years old and, I think, fairly responsible for a teen. That being said, the way he put them on & took them off (using one hand) created a great deal of torque and the ear piece on one side ended up coming off. I was able to replace them but the following year I had to replace them again. Thank goodness for the protection plan! If you use both hands to take these off and on, I think you will be highly satisfied with them. They weren't a good option for my son, however.

I wear my headphones every day at the gym (well...I used to until they all shut down). Beats sound great but usually last about a year, having mostly cord problems that cause one channel to drop out. The JBLs, while not as bass driven, are accurate and better made. The cord is made from an almost cloth-like material with a plug already angled to prevent breaks in the underlying cable. A simple detail, but one that will enable it to last longer. Since Beats are now an Apple product, I'm pretty sure they intend for their headphone to have a short life, so they can increase profits through replacement.

Headphones are very comfortable to wear and my wife loves them I bought them for Christmas and she loves it. She uses them at the gym and she said that doesn’t slip off from ear which is a big plus.

Sound quality is ok ok but worth the buy as it serves the purpose, and it has amazing features were i can shoft between normal headphone to noise cancelling option and great battery life

very decent trebles and works well on phone too. Will not drown out gym speakers or people talking around you so dont buy for that reason buy them bc they sound really good on music. comfy fit too.

These sound very good. However, connection between devices can be difficult. The Google voice assistant is limited and strange to activate. Highly recommend the next level up...500 series due to comfort.

These earphones are extremely comfortable and easy to use. The Bluetooth capability makes them perfect for me not to disturb other family members when listening to my music and videos. A great purchase.

Awesome set of headphones. Comfortable and good sound. They had me dancing around making my Thanksgiving turkeys and never slipped off once. Highly recommend.
