very good product good sound, good price, good quality.

Not sure how these are so well rated - went through TWO with the exact same issues. Mic distortion with pc 5.1 adapter, and my pixel 4... Would drop signal with both, and were brand new... then after a week the battery decay is noticeable. lasted 20 hours, then 18, then 12 after all day uses. first pair lasted 3 months until this happened, then second went down and just brought back for oodles of issues. Pairing with assistant was AIDS with a GOOGLE PHONE, and would always have their software messed up and never update firmware for either products. Probably the issue! Said needed to be 40%, was 100, and mic always messeded up unless I reset the headphones or repaired? Their customer service is daft! this was both headphones! Bought skullcandy crusher evos instead... tenfold better for the price, 40 hour battery has been going for 2 days all day and only 93%. not 40 hour, and adjustable haptic bass feedback with physical slider. never a drop, never a mic issue, software has built in ear doctor treatment with pings to properly give each ear frequency depth along with bass frequencies. ya JBL, can you do that? then an equalizer, 3 modes for cinema, music, and podcasts. JBL is like apple products - overrated, undercut parts, and I'm going to do a breakdown video of these live 500bt and the JBL Free Live earbuds. Those earbuds are AWFUL for 150, i can get better Bluetooth connectivity from 20 dollar headsets. i go into a parking lot and it connects to EVERY BLUETOOTH DEVICE. PING PING PING STATIC STATIC STATIC. Also, earbuds had 24 hour battery, but reconnected so much more like 6 hour. also no software support for the ear buds, a firmware update might fix, but you say buy newer products that fix the issue that AREN'T ON SALE. so sale items are defective? special k; potassium. Also cheap buttons, they all lost firm connection after a week. Don't buy JBL, Skullcandy is leagues better for the price. Plus SK supports mental health right through their app with specialized headsets only for charity and through them, does JBL care about mental health or degradation of our worth to theirs not degrading? I think not. These reviews seemed very forced, no offense y'all, might investigate 342/492 paid customer 5 stars. seems forced to get sales. delete this? I'm outting on google too, lemon products that should be marked down to 70 dollars. not on sale for that. Peak Apple trickle to other companies. youtube.com/satansviolin. LOTS of reviews about to be uploaded, at least 12, doing all at once. then breakdowns when I repurchase these and the ear buds.

Great Sound quality, easy to use and great all around. My only complaints are when I’m doing things like sit-ups the headset tends to slide backwards off my head, and they didn’t come with a carrying case which seems stupid considering how pricey they are. Otherwise, they’re a great headset and the noise canceling is great.

Comfortable, good sound, like that it has the extra features

The Over the Ears JBL Headphone have a great Sound Quality but there is a little discomfort around the ears after wearing them for some time, even while wearing glasses which I do. Overall I would give 5-Stars for Sound but a 4-Star for the discomfort but I will not send these back because I like the JBL's either way.

Out of all my Black Friday purchases this might be my favorite purchase. These headphone were only $60 at the time I purchased and this is one purchase I definitely don't regret. The overall sound is great and the noise canceling aspect works extremely well. Color me impressed

Great head phones, very comfortable & clear sound.

They are pretty sturdy looking, and fairly easy to set up. I was going to go with the next model up but missed the sale price. These seem to sound good enough for what I needed, the app to make them sound better only works through the phone and has numerous problems. So I just listen to them at preset level.

I've mostly used cheap Bluetooth headphones and studio quality AKG cans. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the audio, the details these headphones can reproduce and the wide audio range. I'd prefer if they were actually heavier butt they are still relatively inexpensive.

My husband and I do not share tastes in TV programs and keep different hours. He finds these headphones sufficiently comfortable to wear for several hours at a time. This keeps the peace in our home. Plug-in charging eliminates the need to constantly change batteries.

These are pretty good headphones. They hold their charge very well but sadly they are still using a Micro Usb port instead of a Usb-C port which does suck but everything else about them is amazing!

I needed a devise to listen to the television when the surroundings get too noisy. This one does it perfectly. It was easy to link up with the transmitter and lasts for ever on a single charge. I had it for a month now and have not had any problem yet.

Comfortable. Loud. Durable. Great headphones that I got on sale so it was definitely a steal. Only giving 4 stars because they’re advertised as ‘OVER-EAR HEADPHONES’ but I wouldn’t say they are. Unless they’re over-ear for a 10 year olds head. AND NO I DONT HAVE BIG EARS

They're not noise cancelling. However they have a feature that works out great for a cubicle life. The ambient button. Setting one lowers the volume so you can have a conversation, also eliminates the echo you'd normally have in your head. The second setting puts the volume back but keeps a/the mic active so you can hear your surroundings. I couldn't find that feature on a c note set of cans. I like 'em so far. Sound is personal. They seem flattish to me, which is fine, there's a jbl app to adjust the curve if needed. Uses a normal / non proprietary 3.5mm cable for when that's needed, nice.

I really like how they sound but they are not good for gym headphones. I bought the white color and the top is cloth, so after a while it starts staining because of the sweat. You can always clean them but I would go for black next time.

It's hard these days to find decent bluetooth headphones that also can connect via 1/8" stereo cable. I edit video which means bluetooth headphones are out - too much lag, must have cable. But I also forget my AirPods all the time so I needed the option of bluetooth for when I want to eat lunch in the office break room and watch TV on my iPhone so that no one will talk to me. These do both jobs very well. Much better isolation that I was expecting, which is a really nice bonus. Bluetooth buttons are a bit fiddly. Otherwise these cans are lovely.

Definitely a great product but lacks in range & battery that’s all but highly recommended great noise canceling capabilities need better boom mic or a secondary voice mic for other callers to hear you better
