Great headphones. I have a smaller head, so headphones that fit comfortably are hard for me! These are perfect. They're tight, but not too tight. (I have them on the smallest fitting, so will fit other sized heads as well). My husband tries to steal them from me all the time. Easy to use, awesome sound! 10/10 Would recommend and would buy this product again!

I recently purchased these headphones to use for my online classes. I had wonderful experiences with JBL Bluetooth Speakers so decided that I would give these a chance. They were totally worth every cent! I love using them because they are so comfortable and easy to use. The sound quality is on point. I would truly purchase again.

The staff was very helpful and directed me to the item I was looking for. Although much of your inventory was already cleaned out on Christmas Eve I did find what I was looking for (a GPS) at a reasonable price. I even compared the price of the item I purchased with a similar item at a near by big box store and your item was more reasonable in price and of a better quality.

I just recently purchased these and I already love them. My brother has the exact same pair and I’ve used his in the past. I bought these on sale. The sound is excellent. I like that you can personalize the EQ to your liking or use one of the presets on the app (you have to download it). It doesn’t say it is noise canceling but they do block out a lot of sound. The ear cushions are comfortable. My ears stick out a smidge in the middle so I do have to take breaks from wearing them for long periods of time. The specs say the headband is not adjustable but they are adjustable near the ear cups. The specs also say there is a carrying case included but mine did not come with one unless they mean the case it came in which is removable and can double as a carrying case, I guess. All in all, a great product for a reasonable price.

The sound is very rich and full with a nice deep bass. These are over the ear and very comfortable for wearing long periods. I use them working out, mowing the lawn and just relaxing on the recliner. I highly recommend these headphones and they are also priced right compared to others I looked at.

I am very glad I did not pay retail for these headphones and got them on sale. The sound is amazing, and noise isolation is great (it is like the same as ANC, but using opposite technology- look it up!), but… 1) Downloading the app is necessary, b/c it is the only way to stop the Google Assistant from coming on every time you touch the side of the headphones to adjust them 2) The app is also the only way to change the equalizer and get great sound. The preset equalizers are terrible, but you can create your own and after a lot of trial and error, you can get great music 3) The headphone on the right started creaking b/c of stress on the plastic after only a few weeks- I put scotch tape on it to stop the creaking, but now they don’t look so cool 4) Audio for phone conversations isn’t up to my expectation 5) The layout of the buttons on the right headphone are not placed in an intuitive way and it is easy to accidentally disconnect the Bluetooth instead of pressing the correct button…

These have very well balanced sound. While you won't get thumping bass, that perhaps enables the ability to wear these four long periods. I will say, after trying a number of over-ear sets, the JBL's were easily the most comfortable with quality head band material and eat chips that - at this point - seem like they'll last a long time. Overall, I'm very pleased with the purchase - especially st this price point.

I picked these up to replace my JBL Duet, not sure the model. Anyway, the 500 has a very good sound quality and bass for the price. Despite not being noise cancelling they do a solid job of filtering external noise. Overall, I'm pleased with the product. The Duet was better sounding, but cost $50 more. I'm happy with the 500, mainly used forworking out. For gym use I highly recommend ear covers.

I have bought Beats and they broke after 7 months. Now the I work at BBY at my breaks I was able to take my time to listen to different products. I loved the sound and fit of the JBL. My only complaint is the directions are in a light grey print only a 2pt or 3pt type size. Even using a magnifying glass with built in lights I couldn't read it. Call mfg and they sent me a pdf manuel.

Nothing bad I can say. I love that it works wired or wireless!! There are times I don't like wireless. Also has the switch for listening to the outside world. I like that but it does reduce the sound output from your device. Nice that you can receive and make phone calls. To me, the sound is fantastic! Very comfortable to wear.
