Sound quality is great. Comfort quality is great. However, the headphones give issues. The first issue I noticed was that with the Google assistant turned on (without the app installed) every, single, accidental touch to the left ear phone caused the Google assistant to speak, which interrupted music, or video that was already playing, so I turned it off. Still without the app, it would still speak to let me know the assistant wasn't turned on. Once I installed the Google assistant, the assistant went haywire and wouldn't stop interrupting regardless of if I touched it or not. My solution was to delete the app and then download it again and turn off the Google assistant from the app. The next issue was the volume/pause button functionality. Sometimes they worked sometimes they don't. I also noticed that if I'm listening to music or playing a video (and the buttons aren't working) it has a tendency to either restart the video or song, or just skip it altogether randomly. Solution to this was a soft reset of the headphones which unpaired them from my phone and then re-pairing them. I still give the product three stars because the sound is great and comfort is there. Basically when they're working they're excellent headphones (didn't even speak on the noise cancelling feature which is lovely), however the software issues can be annoying, but not impossible to deal with.

These are my favorite noise-canceling headphones. I have purchased several different kinds and brands but this product fits perfectly around my ears, is lights and the band does not hurt my head.

Was trying to decide between the Sony and these and opted for the JBL. I am not sorry I chose these headphones, they are awesome. Very nice sound, easy to adjust through the app, and I love the noise canceling feature. You can even cancel that feature if you would like through the app. They fit very comfortably and are not a heavy feeling headphone on your head. I LOVE them and they were well worth the cost!!

These headphones have great sound, good bass, good noise cancelling, and and are comfortable. I think they are the best value in noise cancelling over the ear headphones. They sound 95% as good as Bose but cost 2/3 less.

These are excellent quality headphones. Comfortable. Great sounds. Good bass and low levels. Easily synced. The only downfall was occasional static on initial sync, but this leveled off quickly.

The quality and sound of these headphones were quite a surprise. Very comfortable. Fit your ears better then the Beats Solo as they are their closet competitor to these headphones. Are much more durable as well.

The sound quality is very good as far as volume, sound quality, and decent high range and surprisingly nice base. The noise canceling is excellent for covering up fan noise and most other noise. The microphone produces excellent quality. The people I have talked to on the phone are very happy. The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is the tendency to slip off of my head simply by gravity. I found I can wear a hat to prevent this. I had a chat with JBL customer support. They had no answer for my problem. Aside from the gravity problem, i love my headphones and would reccomend anyone try one on and look down to see if gravity effects your experience.

For the price these headphones have good sound, are comfortable and a long battery life. They are not fully noise cancelling headphones but do reduce the noise by about half.

First of all, I have to say that I returned it. But, that does not mean that it is not good. It is an excellent headphone. It maybe only the shape of my ears which have the center area or cartilage bone sticking out a bit more. The over the ear cups of this headphone fit comfortably around my ears. However, those cartilage bones in the center coninuously pressed against the speaker grill inside the ear cup. So, after about 30 minutes of use, I could not take the pressure or pain anymore. My ears thanked me when I freed them from the headphones. Then I went to store to check Bose over the ear headphones. I realized that they made the inside of the speaker within the ear cup a bit deeper. That made the ear cartilage not press against the speaker. With that said, this issue of discomfort may not apply to you if your ear shape is different than mine. Now, let me write about pros and cons in general. Pros - excellent JBL sound quality (I am sort of an audiophile person). - excellent noise cancellation (I tried on train and vehicles). Not got chance to try on airplane. However, the low hum I had on the Amtrak trains disappeared. So, I believe jet airliner noise would be effectively cancelled as well by this set - Very nice looks - Sturdy feel - Easy Bluetooth connection - Comfortable ear cups (except for my discomfort mentioned above which may or may not be unique to my ears) Cons: - Max volume is low. I was surprised to find when I reached the max level I cannot tell how good the battery charge lasted as I decided to return after a short use. If you do not have the ear bone pressure issue and are okay with the volume level you get from it, this headphone may be an excellent product

I got these after purchasing, disliking, and returning two other slightly less expensive wireless headsets (Sennheiser HD 4.50 and Sony WH-CH700N). I was hesitant to spend the extra $40 but I’m so glad I did. They’re comfortable and secure on my head, and feel sturdy and well made (unlike others...). I’m no audiophile but the sound seems good to me. Haven’t been able to fully test out noise cancelling on a plane or in public, but they drown out and dim lots of noises at work. I like that the charging cable is a decent length. The travel bag is nice too. They are also very stylish, which is an added bonus.

I have many pairs of headphones and ear buds. I must say these are definitely worth the money and even better when they are on sale. They look pretty cool when in use. The fact they fold up when I put them in their own storage sack is great. The sound quality is surprisingly good on these. The ANC feature actually works and is, in my opinion, just about as good as the Sony headphone option at around the same price tag. The battery life is pretty good too. I have gone a fair amount of time listening too music and videos without having them die on me. Overall, I am very pleased.

..it really hurt when I had to return these. I like a challenge and, for me, this was a biggie. First of all, These headphones were snuggly packed in their factory box. They felt good in my hands, they fit my small head perfectly and I couldn't hear any outside noise. Very well made. I returned them because I have not, to this day, mastered downloading, syncing, and getting anything electronic "hooked up" and running with a phone app or my computer. It's a huge tech weakness for me. I bet these headphones would have blown me away!

I have this pair of headphones and thought they were so great that I bought my brother the same pair. He loves them as well. Great sound quality with sharp highs, solid mids and base pounding lows. The bluetooth connection makes it ideal for using with your phone for music, as a headset for calls (has a built in microphone), for zoom calls, for gaming on the computer, you name it. The noise cancellation brings them to another level. Just dont use the aux cable, it causes software problems.

Working from home I needed a noise canceling headset that would work with my company issued laptop, Skype, and zoom. This headset works for all that. Noise canceling quality meets my needs to eliminate the cacophony of sounds from neighborhood activities. Comfortable enough to use for the hours and hours of endless meetings.
