I needed to replace some older headphones and wanted to treat myself to better sound quality without spending a fortune. These headphones easily met my criteria and demands for sound quality and are extremely comfortable to wear even for extended periods of time. Could not be happier.

So very happy with these headphones. I take care of my eldery mom and when I am working at home and she is watching tv they do a great job at canceling out the tv noise. Quality is always the best as expected from JBL and they are very comfortable to wear for long periods of time as well.

The only reason I give these 4 stars is that after wearing for extended periods(international flights) my ears hurt from being pressed against the harder inside of headphones. I think the padding could be a bit better. Sound wise they are great and do a excellent job. Blue tooth connectivity is really good with the range from say your phone.

Sound quality - perfect Bass - great Overall sound experience compared other same range headphones is good. Tap to play and pause is the best feature . I have tried sennheiser 4.5NT , earpad are much better in jbl If you compare to beats than you notice the difference is sound quality and treble is better

Bought this headset for my wife so that she can watch TV even when I am asleep. Has changed our life. Noise canceling feature is incredibly good for the price. When paired with a Bluetooth device connected to my TV, she and I could both enjoy Bluetooth headsets connected at the same time. Hers is just better:-)

The battery is good. I use them for work and only have to charge them every few weeks or so. Plus if they do die I just have to use the cord to conect to my computer. Does a decent job at blocking out other noise but will let you hear a loud one every so often. Still good after a year.

Purchase as a gift for our teenager. He absolutely loves them . . .great sound, noise cancellation works well and very comfortable, and all for a $100 less than similar quality products. Would definitely recommend these as a excellent alternative to many of the higher price models.

Some of the best pair of headphones, especially for the price. JBL has always been known for its quality in sound through its speakers but they proved themselves in the headphone game with these gems. I use these for gaming, editing videos, casual listening and I work as a professional DJ for over 10 years. I've used multiple brands of headphones (all the big names you can think of) These JBL headphones hold up and they sound great for what I need to do. Sometimes luxury brand headphones don't even work with DJ equipment because the sound will come out the headphones overdriven. With these, no problem. Didn't expect much from these headphones because I bought them quickly and with no research ahead of time. What a pleasant surprise!

Love love love this headphones! It sounds amazing! The connectivity is so easy and simple. They are totally noise cancelling! They are snug and fit my ears and head perfectly. This is my first noise cancelling headphones and my first JBL and iust say well done JBL, well done.

These headphones were ok. When I tried them at the store I liked the sound profile because it seemed to be a bit heavier in the bass than the Bose ones at a similar price point. They seemed comfortable and in a reasonable price range. However when I received my order in the mail and tried them at home, it seemed like the sound wasn't that crisp/clear even when I had noice cancelling on. I was hoping for a bit better sound quality. I ended up buying the Sony WH-1000XM3 on sale and am really enjoying those.

I bought these for Christmas to replace an older set of Bluetooth headphones. Sound is great, they get loud enough for me, and seem to pair easily with devices. They are pretty comfortable, however they don’t seem to be noise canceling at all. Overall ok, but not great.

I bought these headphones for working in the yard - mowing the grass, blowing leaves, shoveling snow, etc. so far, these have been just what the doctor ordered: light weight, reducing outside noise, very good sound (I listen almost exclusively to music with them). Highly recommended!

This headphone is a great value and the sound is comparable to headphones costing $ 300-400. Quality of sound is very good with good bass extension. Noise reduction is good but not great. Overall this is a good product that I can recommend rather than paying more for headphones.

Bought as a Christmas present for a very skeptical person (who always either returns or re-gifts). Person fell in love with them! Said that they are extremely comfortable, the sound is magnificent and the NC is fantastic! I did good - he will not be returning this gift any time soon!

I've owned two pairs of these, and both suffered the same design flaws. The hinge that connects the hearcups to the headband half plastic and metal. The hinge system is made to bend and spin, saving space in it's provided carry bag. This is the weak point of the product. First, the plastic portion in the headband is thin and cracks over time with use. Second, there is a metal pin that connects the two major parts, and it only held in with friction. Over time this pin loosens and falls out. My original pair was replaced with a refurbished unit. Unfortunately this refurbished unit suffers the same design flaw. I was informed by customer service that the warranty length is only for the original purchase date, regardless of the number of replacement/exchange units. They would not replace/exchange my current headphones as it's past the year warranty of the original purchase date. In short, these headphones are disposable. I do not recommend. I do not know if other JBL models have this issue, I will not to the risk of purchasing from JBL in the future.

I’ve had various Sony headphones & Beats Studio wireless . At first I was disappointed because I felt the headphones weren’t loud enough but with the JBL app & Music EQ Settings on my phone these headphones packed a punch with out losing any clarity & sounding muffled. I like to enjoy my music loud with out sacrificing any quality I recommend always using ANC it works amazing. Overall the audio sounds well rounded and cancels out noise very well Good Quality sound & they look nice too

These have good sound. Good job cancelling the noise. The bass is good. I would give them a 5 but the microphone leaves a little to be desired. I didn’t buy them for the mic so that doesn’t bother me but can’t give it a 5th star for that reason.

I tried every pair of headphones available. These are by far the best. The bass is booming and the highs and mods are perfect. These are louder than the others, but without distortion. These came at an excellent price as well. Download the app if you want to customize the equalizer.

Sound quality is fantastic and the noise cancellation is amazing. I normally buy Bose products but when I tried these babies on I couldn’t believe how good they fit and sounded. Totally happy with this purchase.

I bought these to help me with working from home. Sound quality is great, and I cant hear my kids in the background (noise cancellation) which helps me concentrate. Fit is comfortable and connection is easy to establish and reliable. I'm happy with my purchase.
