Dint really get all these ine star reviews out here when they ate at 4.3 stars on the “other” i ternet sales giant. Anyways. Downstairs the JBL app, update the firmare, find the right fitting by trying all the provided silicone tips and enjoy a perfectly great sounding JBL sounding earbud that is also as stylish as it sounds. I own a collection of earbuds at all prices and brands. Yep they’re excellent in sound (i actually do not use the RQ as i like the way they’re tuned right out the box) good ANC, good transparency mode bit again super atylish too. You do geel like you’re looking like Shrek. Super recommended

These earbuds fall out of my ears way too easily, they are hard to pair to the JBL app and my phone, and it takes too long trying to connect them. Do not recommend.

Best earbuds I’ve tried so far

They have the power and sound of over ear headphones. You must download app to make your own EQ setting, it totally improves experience. Best earbuds I’ve tried so far. A couple issues. Like every other earbud I’ve tried, it cuts out occasionally. Also, when I’m working out, sometimes one earbud will fall out, also another common problem. All in all I’m super happy with these.

We're sorry to hear about what happened with your JBL Live Free NC+ TWS. With TWS earbuds, charging issues are frequently caused by foreign matter on the metal charging contacts. This can include sweat, grease, debris, etc. These issues can be resolved by cleaning the contact points on the earbuds and charging case. 1. You will need a cotton cloth, a makeup or cotton swab, and rubbing alcohol. A pencil with an eraser might also be needed. 2. Use a swab dipped in rubbing alcohol to clean the charging terminals on the earbuds. Rotate the swab and scrub lightly on each contact surface. Finally, use a cotton cloth to remove any residue. It is helpful to perform this process periodically to keep the charging contacts clean. 3. Use a swab dipped in rubbing alcohol to clean the charging posts in the case. Use a cotton cloth to fully dry the posts. NOTE: It is important that the interior of the case be completely dry before inserting the earbuds or closing the case. 4. Insert the earbuds into the case and ensure they are securely seated so the pins make good contact. Charging should now resume as normal. 5. If this procedure does not restore charging, try cleaning the contacts with the tip of a pencil and the eraser at the end of the pencil. The graphite and rubber can help to re-establish charging. Also, here’s a link to our support page that will give you a video on how to clean your headphones: https://support.jbl.com/us/en/product-support/headphones-support-guide.html If the problem persists, please contact us, so we can assist you in checking your warranty JBL
