I’m a petite person with small ears and loved the snaller size of these. Unfortunately after wearing them for about 30 mins my eara were bright red and irritated from the tightness and position of the fit. I think these can definitely work for some people but didnt for me. The aound quality was nice and at the great sale price, I was sad to return them. Attached photo to show the fit

First of all the sound is wonderful, very large drivers create wonderful base. On the downside the ANC works pretty well, however it can make my ears tired if I listen to it too long with ANC on. Additionally a little after 9 months of ownership the microphone stopped working. It was still under warranty and JBL sent me a new pair after I sent them the old pair. They paid for shipping. My second issue is that I could not figure out a way to make any of the buttons operate the mute and unmute of Google meet. This may just be a software issue and I'm not sure that there is other headphones that do this properly. Another thing is is that the ears can be somewhat uncomfortable after using it for more than two or three hours. Phone calls work pretty well, I am definitely able to hear the caller just fine, But hearing me seems to be good about 90% of time. Needs work.

They sound amazing but there is one glaring flaw and that is that when on the bus or public transit they have a weird bubble popping sound i guess due to the vibration from the vehicle and it only happens in a vehicle and it happens every time which makes listening with them difficult because im Autistic and i need noise cancelling headphones while out and about due to noise sensitivity and i utilize public transit in seattle and this issue made them impossible to use for me. Others might not mind but for me it was a deal breaker

The packaging is misleading. It makes them look like over the ear headphones, not on the ear. They work ok but are definitely uncomfortable after about 45 minutes of wearing. The sound quality is really good for the price though. If you don’t mind the on ear fitment, then you’ll like them!

Don't like these headphone they hurt my ear after wearing this for a little and ended up getting nicer ones

The plus: Clear sound and easy to use. The cons: the ear piece is too small, it doesnot cover the ear completely and after a while your ears hurt. Because of the size of the earpiece this is more appropriate for children/young adults.

Store didn't have on display and wouldn't allow to open, so bought them without trying on. Good sound, easy setup, just not the fitting that I wanted.

The headphones worked decently well for what I used them for (listening to music). However, due to them sitting on the ear rather than around it, the noise cancelling wasn't that great. The app to control them also was weird. It wouldn't always allow me to edit the settings for the headphones and would make me restart the headphones before I could. And the foam in the headphone pad eventually hurt my ears after a while of listening if I didnt take them off for a bit.

My old headphones bit the dust and I had to get more at the last minute which meant I did not have time to do online research and ask friends. I raced to Best Buy before they closed on Monday and my plane took off the next morning. All this by way of saying that I would not choose these again. They did the job but did not equal my old ones, more than 20 years old. I did like the feature of wireless or ability to plug in my mp3.

Overall the sound quality is good and they are comfortable. The noise cancellation is mediocre at best. Not sure if that’s because they are on ear headphones opposed to over ear or in ear. For the price point there are better headphones out there.

Everything is great - except the comfort in wearing them .After five minutes - painful to the ears and ear canals. The diameter is too small and the cushioning is too firm. Otherwise - a great accessory for my iPad!

Needed something to wear while mowing. Simply not enough volume.

Do not cancel out noise, fit head fine. I would not purchased these again.

Ended up giving these to my niece. The ear cushions were not very comfortable for my ears and I could only use them for 15 minutes tops before my ears started hurting.

Although I had no problem pairing the headphones with my Samsung cell phone. To this date have not been able to pair them with my Amazon Fire 7 tablet. Also, after a while they become uncomfortable to wear; pinch some nerves in my head.

Really don't remember too much about them. I remember I didn't like them and that they were undependable but I don't remember the details.

Disappointing that it didn't have the wire input for non Bluetooth use.
