Bought these for my wife and when they sync up, it’s all good but when they are in the case, we can’t tell if they are charging or not. I can even hear them making like little engine noises while they are sitting in that case so I don’t know what’s going on. I’ve used them while cutting the grass and they do a good job blocking out the noise so I would say they are cool. Only complaint is the charging case and knowing if they are charging or not.

Good headphones. They fit nicely and sound nice as well. Battery life is amazing as I wear them at work for multiple hours. I wish they were noise cancelling and had a equalizer setting. Overall a good purchase for the money.

These were easy to sync to the phone... but I bought them to sync with my desktop computer for transcription. Even turned up to 100% volume, they were too quiet. Could not hear well enough. Had to return them. Probably are fine for phone usage, but not for my purposes.

The headphones fit kind of weird in the ear if you have a smaller ear but the sound is wonderful and is great for calls, music, really anything.

These weren’t very comfortable so they went right back to the store.

These are great. The talk through feature is awesome when you’re working with your hands and can’t take a bud out. They stay in place

I was looking for something that would work well for my desk job as well as workouts under $150 and I couldn't be happier with these. I love that they auto-connect to my paired devices when I take them out of the case and the battery life is pretty epic. I read other reviews where people complained about the charging case being bulky, but it's similar size to both the Bose and Sony charging cases, and the fact that it's a decent size makes it easier to keep track of. Very pleased with my purchase. My only complaint is that I wish they were just a tiny bit more sleek, but if they were, they woudl likely fall out of my ears.

I am on my 3rd set of earbuds, all which have not functioned properly. I purchased some Endurance Peak earbuds from Best Buy in September 2019, which Best Buy was good enough to exchange for a new set. When the second set stopped working, I contacted Customer Service and they exchanged the Endurance Peak with a set of Reflect Flow earbuds. I have had these for 6 weeks and they are great, when they work. However, now they have stopped working. After contacting Customer Service again and following the trouble shooting guide, they work inconsistently, maybe one time for 15 minutes and another time for an hour. Ultimately, they stop working. Customer Service is offering a 4th set but I don’t even want to go thru the process again. I was also irritated by Customer Service who said a manager would call me the next day and never did. This product sucks as well as the support team. I feel like I am out money and time.
