It takes a bit to get use to them in your ears but once you find the right adapter they are amazing. Talking on a call is super clear.

Would not connect to Pixel 3XL
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've owned several pairs of JBL headsets and have always been very happy with the hardware, ease of use and especially the sound quality. Unfortunately this set simply would not connect to my Google Pixel 3XL or a Windows laptop. The device doesn't show up at all as something to connect to. I tried all troubleshooting short of a factory reset of the Pixel. I spoke to JBL support (less than helpful) on the phone, in the end they suggested I RMA the product. As a final test, I had a friend use his newer iPhone to pair and they were immediately able to see the device broadcasting and connected to it. There's nothing in the product documentation that states it does or does not support certain makes or models of phones. However, the screenshot in the quick use guide for pairing definitely shows an Apple iOS settings pane. I simply returned to the retailer I purchased from. Very disappointed and likely to stay away from JBL headsets for now unless it is specifically stated it works with Android / the make / model I have. Maybe this explains why JBL dropped the price so much. I would expect either JBL or the retailers to be a little more forthcoming about potential issues like this.
