Posted .Thank you for your review. Make sure that you are speaking directly at the microphone. We also recommend running the cord under your chin instead of behind the neck for better mic performance. When the cord is behind the neck, the microphone is pulled further away from your mouth which can cause you to sound faint or distorted.
