I had a fello employee ask me about my ultimate ears and got onto the topic of jbl head phones and purchased this pair. First off the sound is amazing deep low end punchy mids and buttery smooth high end. Even though the sound is truly why we buy ear buds the fit and finish is just as important. This is where i was not so happy but this may only be me. I have the bose qc ear buds that fit pretty similar and i have a problem with the way tose fit as well as these even after changing the grommets. The noise cancellation isnt really noticeable to be me but the seal does well enough. The app is quite useful for eq adjustments and thats about it. If you wear earbuds for workouts lasting an hour or so these are perfect for you but if your a long or almost all day wearer go with airpods or ultimate ears

Posted .Thanks for reaching out. Please try cleaning the contact pins on the case and earbuds using a cotton swab with alcohol. These pins are sensitive to dust. Please make sure the pins are dried before placing it back on the case. If the issue persists, please contact our Customer Support.
