Terrible sound

Everything else disappoints me. No matter what I do it sounds like I'm listening to music from a phone with bad speakers. I don't like the app that's supposed to make it better.

Posted .We're here to help with your JBL Reflect Mini NC. Please try these troubleshooting steps. Connect to other source devices. Perform a reset., to do this, double-tap on the right earbud. Then, on the third tap, press and hold the earbuds for more than five seconds (until the unit shuts off). Please make sure that both earbuds are out of the charging case before doing so. It's also necessary to remove or forget the earbuds from the list of paired Bluetooth devices to pair again. If you need more help with your unit, please contact our customer support service via our official website or toll-free hotline.
