Super convenient! I love that it’s small and light. It is super LOUD!! I definitely recommend! I use this when I go workout at park and for get togethers. I am usually picky when it comes to electronics but this speaker is a must for sure.

I love this boom box, it’s little but very powerful, which makes it easier to carry around.

Best speaker in budget. Good bass, good battery life. But BT range is poor.

I have to admit my skepticism at purchasing such a small speaker, thinking how can something this small provide any quality sound volume. The Flip 5 proved my skepticism totally wrong. This speaker fills a room with crystal clear sound at a very reasonable price. Purchased this to use on our lake home deck and pontoon boat. The unit is perfect and has superior Bluetooth connectivity. I've since started using it while I shower. There is more than enough quality sound to overpower the bathroom fan and running water of the shower. Get this unit... you will not be disappointed.

The JBL Flip 5 Portable Bluetooth Speaker works perfectly for providing audio backing tracks for our musical group. With Its size and portability it fits into my gig bag. No more lugging a large amp to practice.

I had the previous model JBL Flip 4 for a few years and loved it. The JBL Flip 5 has much more bass and sounds even better. I was upset to find out that I couldn't link the two together, but really probably wouldn't use that very often anyway.

Nice sound while sitting around the campfire, the boat or where ever you choose to relax. Enough bass for the size so that your music is not tinny. Good volume while not being overbearing to those that may be camping not to far away.

The speaker has excellent sound and is very easy to operate. I am very glad that I made the purchase because I use it almost every day, mostly in my study but also in my garage and eventually outdoors after the winter is over.

I have a plug in marshall stanmore that i used for everything, but its size and having to plug it in made it kinda cumbersome, especially at the beach. This flip 5 is my first truly portable speaker. I take it fishing, backporch while bbq’ing and etc. i now use it more because its so portable, has way better range, and sounds awesome for its size!! I love my marshall if i dont plan on leaving the house, but this flip 5 gets used more bc it sounds great, can get soaked and not fry, and i can have my phone a lkng way away and it still keeps playing!!

To me out of JBL line this speaker sounds as good as the model in the line. It's is loud and has plenty of bass. This is my 3 time purchasing. Lots of compliments and I always end up giving mine away which requires another. One. Nicely priced and sounds good.

Easy and quick to pair with laptop and iPhone. Sound performance is good and recharges quickly.
