These are where it's at. Super easy to set up, connect, and navigate the app. I don't have any issues with them (so far, fingers crossed) but haven't had them long enough to tell.
However, I will say they are far better than previous headphones I've had and that's what counts with me.
The battery life is fairly good, I can charge them pretty quickly on my breaks l; however the only issue I've seen this far is that the right earbud charges at a slower rate? Hopefully this isn't common with the series.

My AirPods Pro stopped working so decided on the JBL tour pro 3 due to a few features. I travel a ton and the ability to connect the case on planes and use the airbuds are great to me. Finding the right fit with the available tip choices made a very secure fit for me. I really like that they did a hearing test and changed the sound profile just for me. The case is a drop larger than the AirPods but the case does so much more. Also love as these work great on my laptop for meetings. I’m so very happy with this purchase. Feels like a solid upgrade from my AirPods Pro.

They have some very good sound quality connect with Phone fairly quickly. The battery depends on how much you really use your headphones, a fully charged case and headphones last me two or three days

It’s a very good product I really enjoy it very much it has a very good sound quality and what I like a lot is the JBL app on my phone and that let you change many different things on your earbuds. I will definitely recommend this product to anyone. I am very satisfying and happy with my JBL earbuds
I would recommend this to a friend

Like many people, I thought having a touchscreen on a charging case was a gimmick and that JBL was charging extra for that while not focusing on audio or ANC quality.
I finally decided to try the Tour Pro series and picked up the Tour Pro 3. I could not have been more wrong about what JBL has done here.
I think many people looking for a premium experience are turned away from JBL because they offer value and premium products. Surely, a company that has a pair of $40 earbuds can't possibly compete with the likes of Sony, Apple, or Bose. That couldn't be further from the truth.
Enter the Tour Pro 3, a premium pair of true wireless earbuds. I'm going to get this out of the way up front: the ANC in these is competitive with the Sony WF-1000XM5 and the AirPods Pro 2. I think the Bose QC Ultra earbuds have an edge over the competition, but they aren't leagues ahead like Bose used to be. The clacking of my office keyboard is quieted, I can't hear people trying to get my attention standing in my office, HVAC systems (indoors and outdoors) are cancelled. I was even walking outside, and a jet plane flew within a 100ft over my head. I couldn't hear it. Like most ANC earbuds/headphones, higher pitched noises come through. But they're still muffled. Passive noise isolation is fine, this is where Sony pulls ahead with their hybrid foam/rubber ear tips. But Sony's actual ANC performance is lower because they heavily rely on making a seal.
Comfort is top notch. Fit is going to be different for anyone. What fits one person may not fit the other. The AirPods 2/3/4 and AirPods Pro 1/2 do not stay in my ears, at all. They pop out after just a few seconds. But these, I have a secure fit with them. I have zero comfort or fit issues. I get a good seal from the rubber ear tips, the earbuds rest comfortably in my outer ear, they don't bounce around while I exercise, and they don't require readjustment. They fit my ears and that's rare for me, especially with stem-styled earbuds.
Audio quality is solid. They're a little muddy, for my taste, out of the box. But JBL includes an excellent app that lets you EQ the earbuds and adjust other settings. It took a moment, but I tuned the EQ to just how I want. I prefer the audio signature out of these over what Bose offers with their QC Ultra earbuds, even after EQ'ing those. Bass is clearer, highs aren't piercing, and mids are there without being too harsh.
Sound stage and instrument separation/placement is solid for earbuds. I've heard worse, with sound coming only from the center of my head. Earbuds can only do so much and I think JBL nailed it with these. They do have a faux Atmos upscaling feature. It's much better than Bose, but I still leave it turned off.
Battery life is rated for 8 hours with ANC on, that's better than Apple and Bose. My experience averages out to that. I will get 7.5 hours some times, others I will get 8.5. It depends on my listening environment, volumes, and what I'm doing with the earbuds.
The case recharges via USB-C and Qi, it's nice having that built in with earbuds that are $150+ (unlike Bose and their $250+ earbuds). The nice thing about the case is that you can adjust almost every setting, you just can't make your own EQ. You can cycle through preset EQ's, change ANC modes, turn spatial audio on or off (including head tracking), find the earbuds if they aren't in the case (and the playback noise is loud enough to hear), see notifications from your phone, control media playback, see the audio codec being used, control the device your earbuds are paired to (they support multi-point, change volume, switch between different audio modes for rubber or foam ear tips, see the battery level of the earbuds and case in real time, and more.
It was handy when first pairing to my iPad. I had already paired these to my iPhone, but I wanted to pair them to my iPad. I didn't have to go through the app, press and hold a button, or put the earbuds in and hold each one. Nope. I just went to the Bluetooth settings on the case and enabled pairing mode. I then saw that my iPhone and iPad were connected.
It really is a nice feature and the Tour Pro 3's charging case is no bigger than cases from Beats, Bose, and many other brands. Sure, it's not as small as the AirPods 4 or AirPods Pro 2, but those earbuds are also much smaller than most of the comeptition. I can live with the added size due to the large touch screen.
Overall, JBL has a hit on their hand (not a dud like previously mentioned). These have competitive levels of ANC, audio quality is solid and you have access to a 10-band EQ through the JBL app, you get long battery life, call quality is surprisingly solid (these are Teams certified), and the case has more features than most apps.
I highly recommend these, even at their full MSRP.

Best overall earphones you can buy at the moment!
Futuristic and advanced, yet pocketable case? Check.
Great battery life at up to 7hrs per charge? Check.
Good EQ options to tailor the sound to your preference? Check.
Excellent call quality? Check.
Effective ANC that is up there with the best? Check.
Clear and natural sounding transparency mode? Check.
These are feature packed to the brim. Also they are the only earphones along with JBL’s other products to have fully featured charging case with touch screen controls and audio retransmission. The sound is very balanced with rich bass, clean and smooth midrange and an airy, sparkly treble response. Comfort is subjective and for me they’re very comfortable to wear and fit pretty snug during workouts. Honestly, there’s really nothing you can fault these with. They are truly a well rounded and well designed product. Highly recommended!

I have been a big fan of Bose for a while for the QC series of buds. Having tried Sony and 2 generations of Galaxy Buds I couldn't find anything to replace their active noise cancelling but the QCs are delicate and difficult to clean. I ended up RMA'ing my last set over this problem. After reading some reviews on the JBLs and the comparisons made to the QC buds, I decided to pull trigger on the Pro Tour 3s. So up front, the ANC is not as good as Bose's. It's very good, and better than anything else I've compared, but it won't be replacing them. I'd say maybe 70-75% as effecting as the QCs. However, the sound is much better, the tips are better built for filtering buildup and they connect flawlessly. The touch screen is fine, I could take it or leave it, but it seems to be built well and a few weeks of heavy, daily use hasn't left any scratches or damage on it. Overall, one star off for the price but-if you can catch them on sale-these are great daily use buds.

The JBL Tour Pro 3 earbuds are a paradigm of exceptional sound quality, ergonomics and durability, rendering them an exemplary choice for audiophiles and commuters. Exquisite audio fidelity with profound bass. Prolonged battery life (10 hours playback, 30 hours with charging case). Ergonomic design ensuring secure and comfortable fit, refined aesthetic appeal. Seamless Bluetooth 5.0 connectivity
Noise cancellation capabilities could be enhanced. Absence of official water resistance certification.
Ideal for: Discerning music enthusiasts seeking superior sound, commuters requiring reliable and durable earbuds, fitness aficionados (with caution due to lack of water resistance) excellent for gaming and all around online activities.

Here is the earbud journey:
Bought an S25 Ultra phone. Then I bought the Galaxy Buds3 Pro. At first, I thought everything was great. The Buds3 are comfortable, they sounded fine, the ANC was ok and the app was easy to use. I could never get the right ear to fit well though. The large ear tips were not big enough. Thing I liked the most was controlling the volume by just saying volume up or volume down. The touch controls took a while to get used to, especially the pinch settings.
Then I just got curious about the JBL Tour Pro 3. So, I bought them. I prefer the JBL’s to the Galaxy Buds. Everything is better. The JBL’s come with extra-large ear tips that make the seal. The app works well and the case is cool. The case is large though, but I do not care about that. The ANC was way better than the Galaxy Buds. The touch controls are not as customizable as I would like.
Then I got curious and bought the Technics EAH-AZ100. First, trying to pair the earbuds to the phone/app was a pain. It took me about 30mins of trying over and over. The fit is great. Like the JBL’s the Technics also come with extra-large ear tips. So, the buds are comfortable and do not feel like they are going to fall out. The app is not as user friendly, IMO, as the JBL app. The touch controls take a bit getting used to. I have not tried changing the controls around yet.
When it comes to sound. I am not a super audiophile and cannot tell you about the technical aspects of the sound. I set the phone to the same sound level and set both the JBL Tour Pro 3 and Technics AZ100 to a flat EQ. Used Tidal and played Alan Walker “Faded.” The Technics are way louder and more detailed. Listening with the JBL’s, the same song at the same phone volume sounded lower and muted.
So, I will use the JBL’s for hikes and stuff and the Technics when I am at home and really want to listen to music.

They have really good sound quality, bass isn't bad, and they have good battery life but the microphones sound very shallow and are hard to hear in a lot of places

Nice design. Great case very easy to use and adjust the sittings to customize to your specification. Looks good on & looks great in your case. Easy to put in case to charge. The charging of battery is fast. Great sound for music and adjustable for speech aduio or videos. Love the color scheme that goes with your style of attire. The confort in the ear is great. After wearing for 8 or more hours theres no pain in the eay. Love how easy to clean & disficent. JBL did it right and made it fun to use and wear. Cant wait for the next reaplacement in the future. JBL is doing great things with music for many years. Thank you JBL two thumbs up. 5 of 5. 5 stars. Thank you.

I've had these for over 4 months and they've been amazing. The fit is awesome. They stay in place securely. I do use the included foam ear tips because they form the best seal and the rubber tips never really felt secure regardless of the size I tried. I won't call these all day comfortable but I'm not the type to keep buds in my ear any longer than I actually need them. Other's mileage may vary.
Others have said the interactive case is gimmicky but I use it frequently and appreciate it. It sits on my desk right in front of me and is at times more convenient than picking up my phone to change a setting or control my music. When I'm out and about it's not so convenient and the case is rather large for the pocket. I knew that when I bought it though so it's not a big deal for me.
The sound is awesome . Very customizable. Crisp and clear at high volume with a good amount of bass. They aren't the loudest I've heard but loud enough for me. There are my first noise cancelling buds and they do well. Not great but good. My Bose over the ear Quiet Comfort was a bit better at noise cancelling and that's all they were better at. The spatial sound feature is gimmicky to me. I just don't get the need to have fixed directional sound while I move my head but others seem to like the feature.
CONS: The rubber tips are very soft and don't feel secure. The way these insert in the case just seems backwards. The direction they point and the way they recess/sit in the case makes getting them out with my fat fingers a chore at times. I haven't dropped them getting them out but I feel it'll happen eventually.
Price: I can't justify the price of any of these high end buds. I spent the money but I won't try to justify it.
I tried these after being a Samsung Buds fan and I have no regrets. Would buy these again without hesitation.

Great sound with strong bass and clear highs. The noise cancelling is impressive for earbuds, and they fit comfortably without slipping. Battery life is solid too—perfect for everyday use.

Surprisingly good. Very comfortable with a nice assortment of tips. Excellent anc and sound. Plenty of bass. Only negative is on earbud controls are limited in that if you use anc controls on one side and play controls on the other you cannot also control volume. Pick 2 of 3 only. App is very robust and even the Spatial Audio is well done.

Great ease of use, features really stand out beyond other brands. Being able to connect this directly to a laptop, PC, or even a TV through USB- C port and have it connect automatically to audio is a huge game changer, ZOOM certification makes utilizing all of ZOOMs features easy. Wireless case charging is smooth and fast, ANC is top tier, I can use these and block out more sound than most over the ear noise canceling headphones.

Excellent sound. Better than samsung, jabra, bose. ANC better than samsung, on par with others. Transparency is better on samsung. Call quality better on samsung. But not bad. The bass depth and texture are what immediately caught my attention, without loss of detail and naturalness of instruments. The functionality of the case is the cream and cherry on top. I use the case more than I thought I would.

SO far so good. Haven't used these a lot but they sound as good or better than any Bluetooth earbuds I've had. The case is really the feature that puts these over the top. They are so customizable and also comfortable. I don't think you will find totally wireless Bluetooth earbuds any better than these.
