They fit good in my ears as well as other ones that cost way more! Connecting to my iPhone isn’t bad, sometimes it doesn’t want to connect but not often. It would be nice if I could use my phone with voice commands when locked but it’s not a apple device so I live with that. No regrets in this purchase.

Upgraded from non NC JBL earbuds from last year and I've been enjoying these a lot! Crisp sound quality (paired nicely with a 4 month free trial of Amazon Music). I mainly use earbuds for phonecalls and the sound quality during calls is amazing when using the NC feature. I got these on sale for $50 but I wouldn't say the retail price is a rip off at all when keeping in mind the quality of the earbuds. I've been using JBL products for two years now and I haven't been let down yet!

I really wasn't a fan until I got these especially because of the sound quality. The reason for a 3 is because after just a week, both buds would not sync properly and i had to return.

The only problem I had is the charging case stop charging my right ear bud.

Music yes, phone use indoors better than out.

I like that the battery last very long since low volume is all you need for music. Haven't use phone feature but once and other party said there was a lot of traffic noise so they are a bit sensitive outdoors.

He listens to a lot of podcast and music while he walks. He really loves these ear buds. They do not cancel out noise which he did not want. He needed to be able to hear some noise due to his safety while walking along roads, crossing streets and dog encounters. They charge quickly and hold the charge well.
