I bought these ear buds for my partner last Christmas and they are still running fine. They are the most comfortable ear buds we have ever tried, and we have tried others but none compare to the quality and sound as these do. The charges seem to last forever and the clarity is just incredible. 5 stars out of 5, so if you need or want a pair of ear buds, the JBL is the way to go. Highly recommend for quality, workmanship, charging life and mostly the stereo sound.

Great quality for the price. Got on sale with the plus membership. Batteries last a really long time. Stays in during my workouts.

Sound Quality is excellent - 9/10 ANC works pretty well - 7/10 Battery life is amazing - 8/10 But it fits the worst in my ears. Exactly after 15 minutes my ears start hurting very badly - fitting - 5/10 Built quality - 8/10

I was surprised at how much I like these, as I bought them to replace a "nicer", more expensive Jabra Elite 65t set I got a few years ago. The sound was much better & clearer, but also my Jabra's right earbud was not working properly (too late for the warranty). I actually thought they were more comfortable as well and easier to get in & out as opposed to the totally-in-the-ear version. They are holding a charge very well. You can download a JBL app on your phone for some of the controls - which I found easy to use and more intuitive that the Jabra app. What helped me decide on this purchase was the great reviews, but also the great price since I bought it during a Black Friday special.

Pros: Price, sound quality, battery life, comfort, good app. Cons: Unable to store/charge buds in the case with foam tips installed.

I just bought these JBL headphones and I love fhem. I switched from Apple Airpods Pro Gen 1 and these blow away the airpods. The sound quality is immensely better and the bass is deep and rich. Its almost as there’s subwoofers in my ears. The battery life is incredible and I love the 10 min charge gets you 2 hours of listening time. I use these everyday and when I workout, and they can take the beating. I’m JBL over Airpods now.

Overall good sound quality, good case, and great battery life. The app is a nice touch, but I wish the earbuds were more customizable. The touch controls on the outside of each earbud are almost too sensitive, I find I end up bumping them more frequently than I thought I would. The connectivity is a bit wonky sometimes, requiring me to "forget" the device from my phone and then re-add it. But issues aside, it's well worth the lower price point.

I bought these on a whim when my Bose earbuds started to fail, and was pleasantly surprised. The sound quality, ease of pairing, comfort, noise canceling, and ability to register smart commands far surpasses that of other, more expensive true-wireless earbuds (eg galaxy buds pro 2, ~$250) that I bought and tested at the same time. I would not only recommend these if you're on a budget, but I would recommend them even if you're NOT on a budget. No, they aren't as good as Bose, but I honestly think they beat Galaxy buds, and probably other expensive brands.

These earbuds deliver good sound and excellent noise cancellation. I'm able to make phone calls while walking outside and be heard clearly buy the other party. Listening to a podcast while on the subway no longer needs me to raise the volume to 11. Also, the charge lasts quite a while. Good quality at a reasonable price.

Great sound from these earbuds! I have had several JBL earbuds over the years and this is my favorite pair. I keep them at the office so when I get distracted by the chatter and I need to block it out to concentrate on my work, they are amazing! They keep a long charge and fit in my ears perfectly! I highly recommend them and am sure you will love them as much as I do.

Great sound, snug, comfortable and long life! Got these for a transatlantic flight and they lasted 8 hours or so on one charge. The noise canceling quieted the jet noise, and the feature to disable to hear conversation is v handy! Great buy!

Great fit, good sound, and incredibly good noise canceling. Bought mine at Black Friday price, and worth every penny. I feel full price is a bit extreme, but seems to be the going rate for good earbuds anymore. One thing of note, i did have a warranty issue with my set. JBL was VERY easy to work with and get a new set very quickly at no cost to me (not even shipping), so i found that to be a big positive despite the buds (specifically the changing case) failing on me.

Bought it during the sale and it was worth it. sounds pretty good compared to the galaxy buds pro i recent had but lost. The only down side is it disconnect on one side from time to time, but its only for a second then starts jammin right after. The fitment is good . It doesent feel like its falling off and stays in place when working out which is great. Glad i picked these up.

Great sound, long-lasting and the box works well as a charging device. The only real issues are getting the earbuds back in their charger ports can be a little annoying and while the app has nice features, it can be a little annoying to use. Also, the Bluetooth experience is good but could be improved. I bought a second pair for my GF.

These earbuds are really comfortable and the sound quality is excellent. I can tell a major difference from my previous sets of ear phones in bass and crisp sound in listening to music, phone calls or playing games on my laptop.

Gift for my 15 year old- he has used them daily since and finds them comfortable. holds charge for several hours. Quality of sound is good. Easy to charge. I assume he will lose them at some point so I didn’t want to spend a lot of money so this has been a great choice.

Good battery life, very easy on the ears..in fact they are the best, Sometimes there is disturbance/connectivity issues when speaking on a call otherwise they are a good set of wirless earphones

I absolutely love these JBL earbuds. The sound has a deep bass, which is important to me. This is my second set. I accidentally lost one of my earbuds. I knew I wanted to purchase the JBL brand because the battery life is great, they fit well, and the quality sound is phenomenal. Plus, Best Buy is great to work with on purchasing and returning if needed. I was lucky to find these on sale when I needed them. I highly recommend these to anyone who wants a quality brand of noise canceling earbuds.

For the price these things exceed expectations, great bass and clear sound. Good fit. Definitely recommend.
