    Bought these head phones couple of months ago on sale still haven't used them but the price was to good to pass up.

    I bought these because they were on sale, and I’ve always wanted to try them. I got excited when they arrived in the mail. After the first day of using them, they wouldn’t hold a charge. The case said they were fully charged but when I checked the battery on my phone, they were very close to dead. I was fed up and ended up returning them. Never again will I buy from JBL.

    Ok sound but, needs more volume & bass. I found them too hard to stay in my ears.

Our JBL UA Project Rock TWS's volume depends on your music source and content that is being played as well as the volume level of the source. You could try to use different eartip sizes included with the unit to choose which has the best seal in your ear so you could get better bass and audio quality. JBL

    The left ear bud would never take a charge and was essentially defective upon arrival. During my troubleshooting research I found others on the web had received a similar defective product, or the left ear bud failed after a short time.

    Not very comfortable for the ear. Manufacturing quality was also cheap.

    Good audio and nice case. Just wish they worked independently and the wings didnt fit all ears too good.

    They worked good but only had them about a little over a month and the left one doesn't hold any charge at all dies after about 15 minutes

    They sound pretty good, they stay in your ears, and they seem pretty durable. My only gripe(s) is that you can’t go to the previous track and you can’t adjust the volume from the earbuds. You have to make these adjustments on your phone. Not a deal breaker for me but I would like to have these options.

    Left earbud stopped working

    Sound quality was decent. But after a three days my left earbud stopped working. It won't charge. It won't turn on. It just stopped working. What can I do fix my issue?

    these things suck. the sound quality is a 6 at best and rhe fact i have to bave the right aide out to use one aingle bud at a time? id absolutely recommend the Sony true wireless headphones they are absolutely worth the money. you pay for "The Rock" with these worthless headphones and thats it. im absolutely all about truly good sounding equipment i tune my subs by ear ehen j do them and they work out amazing. again get rhe Sonys! these are worth at best 40 bucks! on some real stuff if i could trade them or bring them back i absolutely would there is nothing not a single thing i enjoy about these headphones. i washed my sonys and thought id try something different... bad bad bad mistake

    Hated these bought them as a upgrade for samsung galaxy buds had trouble connecting them to phone sound quality was worse and price was more expensive then samsung buds not worth it just buy samsung buds if your looking for decent earbuds
