Posted .We're here to help with your JBL Vibe 200TWS. Please try to perform a factory reset. To do this, double-tap on the right earbud. Then, on the second tap, press and hold the button for more than five seconds (until the unit shuts off). Please make sure that both earbuds are out of the charging case before doing so. It's also necessary to remove or forget the earbuds from the list of paired Bluetooth devices to pair again. If the issue persists, please contact our customer support via our official website or toll-free hotline for further assistance.

Posted .We're sorry to hear that your JBL Vibe 200TWS has short battery life and low sound. If you're experiencing volume or balance issues, always check for debris and dirt in and around the earbud and driver and complete cleaning of the earbuds. If the issue persists, there may be debris/dirt stuck in the small holes in the grille in front of the driver, preventing sound output. To resolve the issue try dipping the affected earbud tip into a solution of lukewarm tap water and a small amount of dish soap (washing up liquid). The earbud tip should only be put into the liquid up to a maximum depth of 1-2 mm only. Immersing the earbuds in water or putting the earbuds in water at a larger depth than this could void your warranty. Keep the earbud tip in the water for about 2-3 minutes, then wipe/clean the grille with a small brush (such as a toothbrush). This should remove the dirt and resolve the volume/balance issues.
Our JBL Vibe 200TWS has 20 hours of playtime and an additional of 15 in the case. If the unit doesn't meet the advertised playtime hours even at low to mid-volume, there's a problem with the battery of the unit. Please contact us, so we can check your warranty.

Great Value - Get These

The Vibe 200 True Wireless Earbuds hit a sweet spot price-wise so I gave them a try and have not been disappointed. The sound is great, including bass (despite what some reviews have said). Pairing with my phone, tablet, and laptop is easy, and the supplied options for fit have worked just fine. For my usage (2-4 hours per week), they hold a very good charge. I don't need unnecessary frills or features and don't care about the higher-priced "status" offerings out there, so I'm very happy with these.

I didnt want to spend an arm and a leg for some of the popular brands. However, I didn’t want junk. Seen these, and took a chance. These are suprisingly great! Blocks out the sound of outside noise. The mic on it is clear and it charges fast. Good job JBL!
