I used to buy $1 cheap headphones for my walkman back in the day, I did figure that the volume would.go louder than this. It's at 100% and are just okay with the volume. Haven't tried the mic yet which is why I wanted another set because my mic broke on my last pair and I play a karaoke app and nobody could hear me.

If you're experiencing battery or charging issues, we recommend cleaning the contact pins on the case and earbuds using a cotton swab with alcohol. These pins are sensitive to dust. Please ensure the pins are dried before placing them back on the case. To connect our JBL Vibe 200TWS to your device, simply hold the button of the right earbud for 5 seconds to enter Pairing mode (the LED will start flashing blue). Make sure that the Bluetooth of the source device is turned on in your settings. Then scan and select the name of the earbuds, and accept to pair when prompted. If you need more help, please contact our customer support.

The reason I'm not thrilled with these earbuds is that they keep falling out of my ears, I have tried the different size ear coverings that come with the unit but to no avail.

I tried these in the gym, the sound was so low that I couldn't even hear any music, forget about the good quality sound for workouts. I wouldn't recommend this product. Had to return it right away.

To get the best audio response from the JBL Vibe 200 TWS, please angle the ear tip slightly downward and gently twist the earbuds into your ear canal to achieve the best seal and secure fit for the earbuds.
