Good sound that could have better bass, but they are ear buds. Decent battery life. Great deal when on sale, great sou d and noise cancelation for the price.

I gave a 4 star because they aren't very comfortable. If you have big fingers like me then they are hard to get out of case. Everything else like sound and battery is 100% great just like you would expect in JBL

Excellent sound quality and battery life for the price-point. The JBL headphones app makes controlling earbuds so much easier than trying to find the small capacitive touch spots on them.

Had to replace a pair of earbuds that's started to show their age. These have been an excellent replace. Noise cancelling is remarkable, pass through is crispy, sound is loud and clear and battery is just right.

Comfortable for workouts and even sleeping. Charges quickly, and the battery lasts a long while. Pretty affordable too, I love them.

They are decent for what I need them to do to connect with my work phone and personal phone when needed. They easily transfer, but they also easily disconnect and easily fall out of the ear while just talking. I took away only one star for that because they are really good, just wish they fit in the ears better and did not fall out so easily, even if you aren’t moving.

Great, they’re lightweight. When I’m on a call, you can clearly hear both sides. With my other headphones, people always complained that they couldn’t hear me well.

Was out of town and forgot my Airpods. These were an excellent quick replacement that had very good audio and call quality. I now keep them as a backup pair in my laptop case.
