Ambient sound control

It’s a very noticeable buzzing sound that I have to manually turn off every time. Other than that I am mostly pleased with the earbuds. Noise cancelling doesn’t seem to do much but maybe I’ll notice it more as time goes on

Ambient sound auto disable "no"

Especially, when using mono mode (one earbud). When using both buds the ambient sound mode "noise cancelling" makes it sound as if you are in a studio room. Back to the annoying ambient sound. It can only be disabled but the phone app. Therefore, you connect to computer or video game system or TV you need to have it connect to the phone at the same time. The earbuds super dual connectivity.
