Connects to phone automatically even when you don't want it to connect. When earbuds are in the case and case is closed it still connects. Other than that it is a good product.

Good quality for the price. Battery last long. Only thing I miss is the surrounding noise cancellation while on call.

Good size, good sound for the price, However this particular JBL product gave me ear infections after about 3-4 months of use every time I used them. Short durations even. I've read about JBL products and ear infections. Be warned.

I have loved them! Unfortunately my dog ate one of the earbuds recently after purchase, but even just the one has been fantastic.

I’ve always had big headphones but I was looking for something light and easy to carry and this met my expectations for what I was looking for vs affordability! As far as sound quality for me these are okay just because I mainly use them for podcasts or audiobooks. For music however, these are definitely different in quality compared to the big headphones with noise cancellation!
