got them when they were on sale. they don’t stay in my ears if i’m ever smiling too hard or laughing they slide out. i find myself dropping them more often than i’d like to admit since they don’t have a top cover.

The ear buds are great don’t get me wrong but this company charged me an extra four dollars after I made my purchase why?? I would like my money back if that is the way best buy does business I don’t think I will go through that no more. Almost over a month and they want extra money no more for me

I would recommend these earbuds to anyone looking to for a great set for a great price. The sound is great with deep, rich bass that make my music and movies sound fantastic! They’re comfortable, with three different sized silicone tips. The JBL! app has several features that makes them customizable to your individual tastes. My only complaint would be that the storage/charging case doesn’t have a top, and when I’ve dropped them on a hard surface the earbuds can go flying. Regular day to day use the magnets hold the earbuds in just fine, though. That’s the only reason they don’t get five stars.

The earbuds are great, lacks some QOL features like intuitive volume control, and at times can feel insecure in the ear. But overall these are fantastic for the price point. Can easily compete with many of the current popular brands and styles of earbud. If you're thinking about purchasing, I would highly suggest these, even recommended them to a friend who works as a Package Handler for FedEx Ground. He loves them and prefers them over his AirPods. If I had to give a rating based off of how they score for me personally, it would easily be a 7.8 or potentially higher (8.2).

Been so so great a sound Battery lasts longer than most of these marriages out there. They stick to your ears like a gold digger lady to her reach boyfriend and the sound is as sweet as “ send me your account number”. You will never path with your buds.

I do not care what anyone says. Im a type of guy that never cheaps out on audio sounds. I have never wrote a review before and I have spent thousands on audio, micropohone. and computer equipment. These ear buds are so worth it the sound quality and battery life is insane. For $40 you get more then just that. I have beats studio pros and find my self wearing these ear buds instead. I orginaly bought them for work and use them every day. Yeah the case kinda sucks and microphone but youll be an idiot to pass these up. Trust me its worth it (if its arround $40)

got these mainly for the gym ended up using them while at work on my break too quality is good. Charge time is fast battery. Life is extremely good.

I bought these earbuds because I really love JBL products also I needed them for a trip so I did buy these on a whim. They connected right away to my phone however the person I was talking to could hardly hear me in addition, there was a lot of background noise. I will say the sound is awesome! The touch on the earbud is very sensitive. The biggest disappointment was that they did not fit my ears. I tried all attachments and while I was on the plane, they constenley fell out which is a BIG problem. I ended up just putting them away because I did not want to lose them. GREAT thing is they are JBL which is quality, got them at a great price so gave them to a friend who had bigger ears. I do have very small ears which I see will be a problem when looking for earbuds that will have all the features I'm looking for that will fit. Overall, I would say they are great, just not for someone with small ears.
